    DU LLB Result 2020: NTA, on behalf of Faculty of Law, will declare the result of DU LLB 2020 on June 25, 2020. DU LLB Result is published in the form of Merit list PDF having candidates’ name, registration number, roll number, gender, category, total marks, marks obtained and Rank.     • Candidates have to download the PDF, put the command “CTRL+F” and enter their name/ roll number to view their score and rank.
    • The result PDF can also be downloaded from the official website by logging in with their application form number and date of birth. Official Link to Download DU LLB Result 
    • Candidates qualifying the exam will be eligible to appear in the counselling process.
    • Faculty of Law, DU will release category wise Cutoff in the form of opening and closing rank, on the basis of which 2922 LLB seats will be filled.

    Candidates can download the DU LLB 2020 result by following the given steps – 

    1. Visit the official website of DU’s Faculty of Law i.e.lawfaculty.du.ac.in
    2. Click ‘DU LLB Result 2020’ link available in the latest news section on the home page.
    3. A PDF page containing, registration no., roll no., name, gender, category, total marks, marks obtained and rank will be displayed.
    4. Press CTRL+F and search your name or roll number to view your result.
    Note: DU LLB Result is published in the form of Merit list. It is calculated on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the exam. Merit list contains both All India Rank and Category Rank of each candidate who appeared in the exam. Merit list serves as the rank list on the basis of which admission is granted into three-year LLB courses.

    The result sheet of DU LLB 2020 mentions the following elements.

    • Serial Number – It is the serial number for DU LLB result sheet
    • Registration Number – It’s the number with which a candidate is registered for DU LLB entrance exam issued by the conducting body.
    • Roll Number – It’s the roll number allotted to a candidate to appear in DU LLB 2020.
    • Name – It’s the name of the candidate appearing in DU LLB 2020.
    • Category – It’s the category under which an applicant has applied for DU LLB 2020, whether General/ EWS/ SC/ ST/ OBC.
    • Total Marks –  It is total marks that  can be scored by the candidates. It is generally 400 but some questions are pronounced wrong which changes the total marks. This year, the total marks are 388. 
    • Marks Obtained – It’s the marks obtained by the candidate according to his/her performance in the exam.
    • Rank – It’s the rank allotted to test takers based on their obtained marks at All India level. Candidates scoring same marks are given same rank.

    In case, two or more candidates have scored same marks in the law examination, the conducting body has defined the following criteria to break the tie:

    • Candidate with more marks in the qualifying exam will be given preference
    • If marks in the qualifying exam are same then preference to candidate older in age will be given
    • If candidates have equal age, the tie will then be broken by the method draw of lots.

    DU LLB Cutoff 2020

    University of Delhi will release the cutoff of DU LLB 2020 after the declaration of the result. Candidates who will score according to defined cutoff will be the ones to be called for the counselling process. DU LLB Cut off 2020 can be defined as the minimum marks required to seek admission in the three-year law program.     What After DU LLB Results 2020?

    After the declaration of the DU LLB 2020 result, candidates qualifying the entrance exam will be shortlisted for the counselling and further admission process.

    DU LLB Counselling Details

    • Commencement: Faculty of Law, Delhi University organizes DU LLB Counselling. It is expected to begin from July, 2020.
    • Mode: Offline mode i.e. candidates have to report at the university campus as per the allocated schedule.
    • Information: DU LLB Counselling also gives detailed information about 3-year law courses.

    DU LLB Counselling Process

    • Verification of documents
    • Verification of seats
    • Counselling is done depending on the merit list
    • DU grants admission against 2922 LLB seats in three different centers of Faculty of Law based on the scores in the exam.
    • The number of rounds for counselling will depend on number of candidates accepting and rejecting the allotted seats.
    • The central university will be responsible for carrying out counselling of students from General, EWS, ST, SC, OBC, and PWD category.
    • A counselling schedule will be released by the authority and students must report to the venue with all the required documents.
    • If a candidate fails to attend the counselling session in person when the counselling schedule is announced then the seat is given to another candidate with merit.
    • After all the formalities, the candidate is then required to submit the college course fee.

    4. Original 10th pass certificate  and one copy of the same
    5. Original 12th pass certificate and one copy of the same

    9. College leaving certificate

    11. Caste Certificate (If applicable)
