    GVSAT 2020 Eligibility

    GVSAT 2020 Eligibility will be canceled from the GVSAT exam conducting body if the candidate is not eligible to appear for the scholarship entrance test. So, applicants are requested to ensure that they go through the eligibility criteria carefully before applying for GVSAT 2020. Below are the details which will guide candidates to check eligibility before applying.

    • Candidates must pass 10+2 exam from a recognized board.
    • For both B. Tech and dual degree, 60% marks in aggregate are essential.
    • Candidates must pass out 10+2 with a combination of Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as mandatory subjects.
    • Candidates must score a minimum of 60% marks in mathematics on the 10+2 board exam.
    • For dual degrees, 65 % marks in aggregate are required on subjects like; mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
    • Final year students can also apply for GVSAT 2020 scholarship test.
    • Candidate must be an Indian national supported by a valid government Id proof.
    • NRI students are not eligible to apply for GVSAT exam.

    How to fill GVSAT 2020 Application Form

    GVSAT 2020 Application Form can be filled in both online and offline mode. Candidates are requested to visit the official site of Suresh Gyan Vihar University i.e., www.gyanvihar.org/gvsat/ to register as a new user. On the official website, the link will be available, “Suresh Gyan Vihar University Apply Online link”. Candidates need to click on the link to fill GVSAT 2020 Application Form online.

    GVSAT 2020 Application Form fill up (Online)

    • Candidates can click on the flashing link to download the application form.
    • Students need to enter a few details here to register such as the full name of the student, father’s name, valid email id, contact number and hit submit.
    • An auto-generated email will be sent to the email id provided.
    • Candidates will receive User Id and password in separate emails.
    • The auto-generated unique password is a six-digit password.
    • This user id and password credentials will help candidates login to their account on SGV university webpage.
    • Here, candidates need to click on the application form link and download the same.
    • Candidates need to select the course they want to enroll in and hit submit.
    • This will redirect the user to the duly filled form for review
    • After filling the form, it can be reviewed and saved before submission to verify all details.
    • Final page is that of payment of application fee.
    • A fee of INR 750 has to be remitted via credit card/debit card/net banking option.
    • Post payment of application fee, the confirmation page will be generated indicating successful submission of application form.
    • Candidates are requested to take a print out of the receipt page for future processing.

    GVSAT 2020 Application Form fill up (Offline)

    • GVSAT 2020 aspirants also have the option to apply for the scholarship test in offline mode as well.
    • Candidates are requested to visit the official website and download the application form from there.
    • Save the form as a pdf and take a printout of the same.
    • The application form then needs to be duly filled using ball point pen.
    • Candidates should not use ink or gel pen to fill the form, to avoid misreading in case of smudges.
    • Once the application form is filled, it should be self-attested by candidate.
    • Next step involves issuing a demand draft in favor of SGV University from a nationalized bank
    • This demand draft of INR 750 need to be self-attested at the back of the draft along with contact details.
    • Both filled application form and demand draft needs to be couriered to GVSAT coordinator SGV University to the official postal address.
    • The status of the offline application can also be checked through the official website.
    • If student is paying application fee through bank challan, then the copy of the same should be dispatched via courier to the postal address of the university along with the application form.

    GVSAT 2020 Application Fee

    • The fee for GVSAT 2020 is expected to be INR 750.
    • Fee can be paid both through online and offline mode.
    • For offline mode, candidates need to enclose the demand draft of the same amount to GVSAT Coordinator, Suresh Gyan Vihar University Mahal, Jagatpura, Jaipur 302017, Rajasthan.
    • Candidate’s name, mobile number and the course opted for should be mentioned at the back of the demand draft.
    • There is also option of a bank challan that can be generated through the GVSAT 2020 official website.
    • The challan needs to be deposited with any AXIS bank branch across the country and a copy of the same need to be submitted along with the filled application form to GVSAT coordinator’s postal address.
    • Under offline mode, a cash payment of application fee is also accepted in University fee counter.

    GVSAT 2020 Application Form Correction

    There is no provision for form correction, so candidates are requested to be cautious while filling the details. The details in the admit card is picked from the particulars filled in the form.

    However, if the applicant observes some discrepancy in admit card detail then, he or she can write to GVSAT Coordinator, Suresh Gyan Vihar University Mahal, Jagatpura, Jaipur 302017, Rajasthan and request for the required change. Any such modification will need justification and valid documentation to support the same.
