    RUET 2020 Admit Card will be released in the second week of April 2020 for UG and in the third week of May for PG courses. Candidates who will successfully register themselves for RUET 2020 will be issued admit cards by the Rama University 7 days prior to the entrance exam of various courses.

    • The exam will be held at various centres in the cities of New Delhi and Kanpur only. Check RUET Exam Center
    • Students will also receive admit cards via email on their registered email address.
    • The organizing body will not be responsible to send admit cards to any participant by post or courier.
    • Aspirants can log on to the official website of RUET 2020 and enter their Application Username and Password to download the admit card.                                            
    • No individual will be granted entry into the exam centre without their hall ticket.
    • In case there is any discrepancy in the admit card, the governing authority should be notified immediately.

    How to Download RUET 2020 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket?

    RUET 2020 Admit card is an enabling document which displays the candidature and assigned roll number of the individual. It can be downloaded from the official Rama University website. The organizing body will also send admit cards via email to the registered email IDs of applicants. The mail will have a link through which aspirants can download the hall tickets.     

    Applicants who fail to produce their RUET 2020 admit card at the exam center will not be able to appear for the exam and will be disqualified. The hall ticket will be duly examined and signed by the invigilator. RUET 2020 admit card can be downloaded by following these few easy steps:

    • Log on to the official website of Rama University.
    • Select the notification related to ‘RUET 2020 Admit Card’.
    • Enter login credentials on the page that opens. Enter the username i.e. registered email address and Password.
    • Click on the option of admit card. The hall ticket will appear in a new window.
    • Verify all the details like name, the application number, examination centre, course etc. given on the hall ticket.
    • Download the admit card and print a coloured copy of it.

    To download the hall ticket by accessing the registered email accounts of students, follow these steps

    • Log on to the registered email account and click on the email sent by Rama University authority. Aspirants must also check their spam mail incase they do not find the email in the inbox.
    • Admit card will appear in a new window.
    • Click on the download icon provided on the top right corner of the web page. Save the file and download it for further use.

    Details on RUET 2020 Admit Card

    Applicants must verify the details provided on the RUET 2020 admit card before downloading it. They must ensure that all the printed details are correct and visible properly. The invigilator will check the details given on the admit card to verify the student’s identity.

    In case there are any mistakes that need to be rectified in the admit card, contact the concerned authority immediately. The admit card will contain the following details:

    • Candidate’s Name
    • Date and Time of Examination
    • Roll number
    • Application Number
    • Date of birth
    • Category
    • Gender
    • Candidate’s mailing address
    • Candidate’s signature
    • Candidate’s photograph
    • Name and address of examination center allotted to the student
    • Course code

    Discrepancy in RUET 2020 Admit Card

    Documents required with RUET 2020 Admit Card

    RUET 2020 Admit Card is an important and mandatory document which aspirants will have to carry to the examination hall. Students must also carry a government-issued identity proof or identity card. The information provided on the RUET 2020 Admit Card and the identity proof will be verified by the invigilator. They can show any one of the following documents as photo identity proof:

    • Aadhar Card
    • Voter’s ID
    • Passport
    • PAN Card
    • College/ University ID card
    • Driving License

    RUET 2020 Exam Centers

    RUET 2020 will be held at various centres in the cities of New Delhi and Kanpur only. Aspirants will be given a choice to choose the city preferred by them at the time of registration.     RUET 2020 Exam Day Instructions

    RUET 2020 Admit card will also have a list of instructions which all candidates must read carefully and follow. Participants must follow some rules and regulations to ensure the smooth running of the exam:

    • Candidates must report to their designated RUET 2020 centre 30-45 minutes prior to the examination time.
    • They must bring a copy of their RUET 2020 admit card, original identity proof, 1 photograph and stationery as permitted.
    • Students will undergo frisking before entering in the examination hall.
    • Students must mark their answers on the OMR sheet provided. They should fill up the necessary details and must not do any rough work on this sheet.
    • Any applicant found indulging in cheating or using unfair means in any way including the use of electronic gadgets etc, shall be disqualified.
