4. Round 1 seat allotment — VFSTR allots seats based on your VSAT rank, category, and filled preferences. Allotment results come within a few days of the registration window closing.
5. Accept your allotment and pay the seat confirmation fee within the deadline VFSTR specifies. Missing this deadline means losing the allotted seat.
