The Great Lakes Institute of Management (GLIM) Chennai has released its official Placement Report 2026 for both the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) and the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) batches on the official website at greatlakes.edu.in. The report covers final placement outcomes, top recruiter participation, and sector-wise offer distribution for the Class of 2026.

The PGPM Class of 2026 recorded a highest CTC of Rs 43 lakh per annum. The average CTC stood at Rs 18.1 lakh per annum. This marks a 2.6x jump over the batch's incoming average CTC.

The PGDM batch of 2026 registered a highest CTC of Rs 40 lakh per annum. The average CTC was Rs 15 lakh per annum. Median package figures were not disclosed in either report.

Accenture, Infosys Consulting, and Deloitte extended the highest number of offers to the PGPM batch. Other major recruiters included KPMG, Cognizant, Tiger Analytics, BlackRock, and Fractal Analytics.

For the PGDM batch, Deloitte, JPMorgan Chase, ICICI Bank, and PwC led the offer count. Bain, BNY Mellon, Cisco, EY, Dell, and Standard Chartered were also among the top participating firms.

New recruiters this year included Alvarez and Marsal, EY Studio+, Citi, Lenskart, Capgemini, ICICI Securities, Kotak Bank, Michelin, Moody's, and Wipro.
