The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, has released the Haryana NEET UG Stray Round Counselling 2026 schedule. Candidates can register for the stray vacancy round at uhsrugcounselling.com. The round covers vacant MBBS and BDS seats across Haryana.
Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak is the counselling authority. Fresh registration and choice filling closes on October 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM. The provisional seat allotment list will be published on October 21, 2026.
Reporting at the allotted institute must be completed by October 26, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Candidates missing this deadline will lose their allotted seat for the 2026-27 academic session.

Who Can Apply for the Haryana NEET UG Stray Round 2026?
The stray vacancy round is open to all eligible NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates. Fresh registration is mandatory on the portal even for earlier applicants. Candidates can edit submitted information and lock their final choices before the deadline.
Reserved category applicants must upload valid category certificates. BCA and BCB candidates need a creamy or non-creamy layer certificate issued after April 1, 2026. EWS aspirants require a current income and asset certificate as per government norms.
SC and SC Deprived category candidates must submit a valid certificate from the competent authority. Haryana domicile proof is required for state-quota seat consideration.

What Happens After the Seat Allotment?
Allotted candidates must pay the provisional tuition fee online. The payment window closes on October 23, 2026 at 8:00 PM. Fees must be paid through the official admission portal only.
Physical document verification is scheduled for October 24, 2026. Personal appearance with all original documents before the Admission Committee is mandatory. Candidature will be rejected if the candidate fails to appear in person.

The stray round covers vacant seats in Government, Government-aided, and private medical and dental colleges. Private universities included are SGT University, Gurugram, and Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Ambala. Al-Falah University and Sanskaram University, Jhajjar are also part of the counselling.
