Atal Medical and Research University has extended the HP AYUSH UG Round 1 counselling 2026-27 registration deadline to September 23. Candidates can apply online at amruhp.ac.in for BAMS and BHMS admissions under the 85 percent state quota.
The Atal Medical and Research University (AMRU), Himachal Pradesh, has extended the last date for online registration for the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) Round 1 Counselling 2026-27. Candidates can now submit their applications through the official portal at amruhp.ac.in until September 23, 2026.
The earlier deadline was September 21, 2026, at 11:55 PM. Applicants who missed the original window have now received two additional days to register. The application form is available on the university’s admission portal at erpamruhp.in.
AMRU is the state counselling authority for HP AYUSH admissions. It conducts admissions to BAMS, BHMS, and BSRMS courses based on NEET UG 2026 scores. Only candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2026 are eligible to register.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Applicants must have qualified NEET UG 2026. They must also meet the domicile and academic eligibility conditions mentioned in the AMRU prospectus. State quota seats fall under the 85 percent quota reserved for eligible Himachal Pradesh candidates.
The remaining 15 percent seats are covered under the All India Quota through the national AACCC counselling process. The All India Quota counselling is conducted separately by the Ministry of AYUSH.
