Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi held an international conference IEEE on Advanced Networking and Telecommunication System 2020 (ANTS) virtually. The theme of this event was ‘ICT for Connecting Humanity’.
IEEE ANTS 2020 is one of the biggest conferences on modern networking and telecommunication, which was hosted by IIIT-Delhi's IEEE Communication and Society, also known as ComSoc.
The event was inaugurated by Professor Emeritus Arogyaswami Paulraj from Stanford University USA on December 15 2020. He was the inaugural speaker and the chief guest of the IEEE ANTS 2020 conference.

Every year, many proposals for paper presentations are submitted by researchers worldwide. This year, the papers were wisely selected after a long critical analysis, thereafter the best proposals, which included tutorial, workshops, technical papers, panel discussion, early-career researchers, were selected for IEEE ANTS 2020 conference.
The selected material was specially designed for advanced technology, systems, and infrastructure that keeps helping the entire world to develop and allows all users access to creative frameworks.
Among the guests of the event were Prof Abhay Karandikar, Director, IIT Kanpur, Dr Sujata Banerjee, Sr Director of Research at V.M. Ware, Prof. Y. Narahari, IISc Bangalore, Mr Sarav Radha Krishnan, Architecture lead, Cisco, and many more marked their presence at IEEE ANTS 2020 conference.

Director of IIIT-Delhi emphasized the event of IEEE ANTS 2020 conference, on being connected to each other is something very important for the present situation. The root of the communication research community has been the best way to share the information during the conference and use this knowledge to encourage ICTs in connecting mankind, Curiosity-driven research leads to the discovery and development of new ideas and theories.
