Maharashtra CET Cell has extended the MAH MBA CET CAP 2026 registration deadline to July 16 at 5 PM. Document scrutiny closes July 17. The provisional merit list arrives on July 19, with the final list on July 24.
The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (CETCELL) has extended the MAH MBA CET Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2026 registration deadline. Eligible candidates can now register till July 19, 2026, by 5 PM. The registration link remains active on the official portal at mba2026.mahacet.org.in.
The earlier registration deadline was July 12, 2026. CETCELL has also released the round-wise CAP counselling schedule for MBA and MMS admissions. The document scrutiny window has been extended till July 20, 2026, at 5 PM.
The CAP process governs admission to more than 300 participating institutes across Maharashtra. Both Maharashtra State and All India Category candidates must complete the registration process to participate in the seat allotment rounds.

CETCELL has published the round-wise schedule for pre-allotment activities. Candidates should carefully track each date to avoid missing any important registration, scrutiny or merit-list-related step.

How to Complete MAH MBA CET CAP 2026 Registration?
Candidates who have not yet registered must complete the process before the revised deadline of July 19, 2026, at 5 PM. The steps to complete the registration process are given below:
- Visit the official CAP portal at mba2026.mahacet.org.in.
- Click on the New Candidate Registration link available on the homepage.
- Enter the required personal, academic and MAH MBA CET score details.
- Upload scanned copies of the required documents in the prescribed format.
- Pay the applicable CAP registration fee through the online payment gateway.
- Submit the application form and download the confirmation receipt for future reference.
- Complete the E-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny process by July 20, 2026, at 5 PM.

Documents Required for MAH MBA CET CAP Registration
Candidates must keep the following documents ready in scanned or digital format before starting the CAP registration process:
- MAH MBA CET 2026 scorecard or a valid CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA or GMAT scorecard
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and passing certificates
- Graduation marksheets
- Provisional certificate or degree certificate
- Maharashtra domicile certificate, wherever applicable
- Caste certificate, if applicable
- Caste validity certificate, if applicable
- Non-creamy layer certificate, if applicable
- Aadhaar card
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Scanned copy of the candidate’s signature

Who Is Eligible to Participate in MAH MBA CET CAP 2026?
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree of at least three years’ duration from a recognised university or institution.
Applicants belonging to the General Category must have secured at least 50 percent aggregate marks in their qualifying degree.
Candidates belonging to the reserved categories of Maharashtra must have secured at least 45 percent aggregate marks.
Candidates must also possess a valid score in MAH MBA CET 2026 or an accepted national-level management entrance examination such as CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA or GMAT.
Final-year graduation students may also register for the CAP process, subject to the submission of their qualifying examination results and required documents before the prescribed deadline.
The CAP process this year covers around 1.4 lakh aspirants competing for seats in more than 300 institutes across Maharashtra. Missing the extended July 19 deadline blocks entry to every state-quota MBA and MMS seat for the 2026-27 session.

- Upload all documents in the correct format and file size.
- Complete E-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny before July 20, 2026 at 5 PM.
