The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) has opened Phase 1 counselling for NIPER JEE 2026. The registration and web options window went live on July 10, 2026. It covers admissions to MS (Pharm), MPharm, and MTech programmes. Qualified candidates can register through the official portal at niper.gov.in/niperjee2026.
The Phase 1 counselling window includes registration, web options, and choice filling. Only shortlisted candidates are eligible to log in and complete the process. NIPER released the eligible candidates list on June 26, 2026, which will form the basis for all Phase 1 seat allotments.
NIPER JEE 2026 counselling will fill seats across seven NIPER institutes located in Mohali, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Guwahati, Hajipur, and Rae Bareli. The seat matrix was updated on June 23, 2026.

The registration and choice-filling process will take place through a single online portal. Candidates must use their NIPER JEE 2026 login credentials to access the counselling dashboard. Choices can be edited until candidates lock their preferences.

What Happens After NIPER JEE 2026 Choice Filling?
NIPER will process the submitted choices according to each candidate’s merit rank, category, seat availability, and order of preference. The Phase 1 seat allotment result will be released through the same counselling portal.
Candidates who receive a seat must accept the allotment within the prescribed deadline. The seat acceptance fee must be paid online through the official portal.
After completing the online acceptance process, candidates will have to report physically to the allotted NIPER campus. The institute will conduct original document verification during physical reporting.
