Pending Papers of RBSE 10th Exams 2020 begins today Strictly According to COVID-19 Guidelines
As the Supreme Court rejected the plea in law challenging the decision of the Rajasthan High Court to carry out the remaining two RBSE 10th Board examinations in the state, the Rajasthan Board will conduct the remaining papers from June 29 – 30, 2020.
The Board has already issued the RBSE 10th Admit Card 2020 for the remaining papers. Previously, these exams were postponed due to a national lockdown to contain the COVID-19 virus.
According to the reports, RBSE would conduct the pending exams with precautions and in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Government for COVID-19.
Approximately 11.5 lakh students will attend the examinations to be carried out in these two days.
In order to maintain social distance standards, the Board has increased the number to 521 exam centers in the state.
Previously, there were 5,685 examination centers where the examination was scheduled to be carried out, which have now crossed 6,000 examination centers.
The parents of the student filed a plea in law before the Supreme Court urging the court to take note of the rising COVID-19 cases in the state and to allow the cancellation of the remaining RBSE 10th Board Exams.
The plea referred to the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the CBSE plea, after which the Center decided not to proceed with the remaining CBSE 10th Board Exams 2020 and CBSE 12th Board Exams 2020.
After deciding to cancel the remaining Board reviews, CBSE also decided to release CBSE 10th Results 2020 and CBSE 12th Results 2020 by 15 July, 2020.
RBSE 10th Board of Exams 2020, Govind Singh Dotasra, Minister of State for Primary and Secondary Education, Rajasthan tweeted, "CBSE has postponed the 10th, 12th Board of Exams in the country, but the Board of Secondary Education will conduct the remaining 10th and 12th Board of Exams.
For the last 11 days, the Board has been conducting the examination successfully, taking into account social distances, and the remaining examinations will also be carried out by taking all precautions.
In view of COVID19, the Board ensured certain safety measures for candidates in the examination centers.
Thermal screening will be performed by medical and health department personnel for all children who reach the examination centers.
Also, each child's hands will be sanitized. A distance of 6 feet between each student will be maintained in the examination centers.
According to the revised RBSE 10th Time Table 2020, the Rajasthan Board Class 10 exams will be held on June 20 – 30, 2020.
Whereas the revised RBSE 12th Time Table 2020 indicates that the Rajasthan Board Class 12 exams will be held from June 18 – 30, 2020.
Students can expect to receive the RBSE 10th Result and the RBSE 12th Result 2020 in July 2020.
