What Options Do Candidates Have After Allotment?

- Accept and Join: The candidate accepts the current seat and exits counselling. They pay the seat acceptance fee and download the allotment order.
- Accept and Upward: The candidate accepts the current seat but stays in the race. They may receive a higher preference in the next round.
- Decline and Upward: The candidate rejects the current seat and remains for upward movement. This option follows the counselling rules of DoTE.
What Is the Seat Acceptance Fee?
Both Accept and Join and Accept and Upward options need a fee. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online. Net banking, debit card, credit card and UPI are accepted.
