VBS Purvanchal University Cancels PUCAT, will Admit Candidates on the Basis of Merit

Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University has made the decision to cancel the Purvanchal University Common Entrance Test (PUCAT). Instead, it will provide admission on the basis of merit for applicants who have applied up to 15 July. The selected students will have to report to the concerned department directly during working days.

Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University has cancelled the PUCAT due to the coronavirus pandemic, which would jeopardize the health of students.

The merit list will be released after 20 July. Candidates who make it to the list will have to report to the concerned department directly during the working days. They also have to submit the necessary documents and pay the fees to complete the admission process. The candidates will have to attend a counselling session after the dates are released.
