The best college for average students. Very good social life, good faculty, food is the best compared to all the colleges in India. Facilities outside of cinema and other entertainment. Fees can be an issue as it is a bit high.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is the same as many IIT COLLEGES and is good. 3 exams in a semester 1st one is simple -- 50 marks converted to 15 marks 2nd is open book -- 50 marks converted to 15 marks 3rd is final -- 100 marks converted to 40 marks 30 marks assignments Overall 100.
Placement Experience
Job placement is 100 %. And is the best in India. All the top companies come to this college. The highest package of this year is 42 lakhs. The internship is also provided. The stipend is decided by the companies.
College Events
We have 2 major events, gravitas which is more like a technical and knowledge-based event. Where all clubs have their event of different things. 2ns is Rivera, the 3rd largest event in India. Famous celebrities come here to perform for 4 continuous days. Will that we have food stalls all over the campus. Other than this, VIT keeps on sending clubs to other colleges to compete.
Fee Structure And Facilities
There are some policies on the basis of which you can avail fewer fees. Plus scholarship is also provided on the basis of your rank in the entrance exam. The fees depend on your category in which you take admission. And keeps on increasing.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship is provided by the college to the top 10000 rank holders in the entrance exam. A loan facility is also provided at the time of counseling. You can avail of that, either student loan or on your father's basis.
Campus Life
All Activities are here. Indore and outdoor both. Football, cricket, tennis, volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, squash, badminton. Chess, carrom, racing, marathon, swimming. Labs are available and are a part of our curriculum.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is good Infrastructure is good Facilities are better than most of the colleges in India. AC rooms with 1,2,3,4 or 6 beds are available. The tables and chairs are comfortable. The lighting in the room is perfect. You won't need anything else.
Alumni/Alumna
There are groups of every branch. So all are connected. Old papers, books, tell us about placements, hostel life. everything is because of their help. No need to buy new books as well. Plus they help us in participating in clubs.
Admission
1st gave Entrance exam. On the basis of which rank came and we were called for the selection of branch by our choice. It is difficult to get a computer science or Information technology branch if your rank is greater than 6000.
Faculty
The faculty is friendly and very talented, will help you in research as well as in doubts. we can visit then in their free time, they are assigned cabins. We can contact them anytime. Also, they take an extra class if you say Soo.
