Remarks

Our college is good. Our college is in top 25 colleges listed by NIRF. Studying in our college makes you expose to various things. You are not only confined to academics. You will be able to find your hidden talents also.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is good.We have two minor exams , one mid exam and one end exam in each semester.mior exam carries 10 marks each.mid exam carries 30 marks and end exam carries 50 marks. We will awarded marks on a total of 100 marks and grades will be given on relative basis.

Placement Experience

We have good placements and job opportunities here. For CSE there are many companies and the average package will be around 15 lakhs. For mechanical engineering there are companies to recruit but package is somewhat is less.

College Events

There are two main events conducted by our college. 1) Technozion - It is the annual technical fest conducted by our college. This year it will be conducted during Nov 1-3. Every year we come with a new theme.lot of guest lectures and workshops are conducted. 2)Springspree- it is the annual cultural fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible over here. For SC/ST the tuition fee zero. For OC /BC if anyone is economically backward no need to pay any tuition fee. If anyone's income is between 1lpa -5lpa he has to pay 1/3rd of the total tuition fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes we have loan facility. Students can pay through loan facility. Our college is offering merit scholarship. If any one have performed very good in academics our college gives all ones School fee back and really inspires us to study well.

Campus Life

We have good labs and sports facilities. Labs are opened 24/7. In the lab the equipment is also good. Regarding sports we have an excellent framework. Every year we will elect one sports secretary and he will be handling all issues regarding sports. We will participating in various competitions and we will going to other NITs to participate in inter NIT competition.

Hostel Facilities

On a scale of 10 I would rate my hostel as 8. We have good infrastructure. Each room consists of a cot ,one table, one chair and two cupboards. We have a lan port in each room and we have good bathrooms as well. We have 24/7 water facility. But the only problem is we don't get hot water but we have ports to use electric heaters to boil water.

External Expense: Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Alumni/Alumna

We have a association called NITWAA. With the help of which we are getting some funding by our alumni and there are many initiatives taken by our alumni. Recently they have given 4 electric vehicles for transportation inside the campus. They are ready to help students. If any one of us have any startup ideas they are ready to help.

Admission

I have written JEE Mains and got qualified. Admission process is through JOSAA. I have got 227 marks in mains and 2962 rank. According to our rank and according to our choices filled we will get a seat in NITs.

Faculty

Faculty is very good.In mechanical department we have many senior proffesors who have so much experience and really teach well. In ECE the proffesors are somewhat strict. Coming to mechanical the proffesors are somewhat friendly.

Likes

The college management is friendly with yhe student
The faculty has better experience in subject
The faculty were helping students in improving there skills

Dislikes

College management doesnt give hall tickets when they have low fee dues
The canteen must provide more food for student
They doesnt provide sport time for students

Modern campus with a good learning environment

Likes

Coding is part of everyday life here so you naturally improve with time
Everyone is encouraged to build projects instead of only studying theory
Teachers are friendly and always available for guidance

Dislikes

The workload can feel heavy specially before hackathons
Campus life is more focused on academics than entertainment
We still have to wait for the first official placement season

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is one of the best parts of studying at NIAT. The subjects are designed according to what companies are looking for today, so we get to learn the latest technologies and ai tools. Classes are not limited to just lectures. Wr start using laptop from the first sem itself and most of our learning happens through coding, practical sessions, and real projects. This hands on approach makes learning more interesting and helps us understand concepts much better than just studying from books

Can choose the college with good pros and cons

Likes

I like the infrastructure of our college it good to see .
There will be a veryy wide place and sports for students who are intrested is supported.
College hostel as a the very good and hygiene rooms for girls abd boys .

Dislikes

I dont like the fee that is too much in our college .
For every semester there will be a semester fee that is 1400 it is more compare to other college semester fees.
They make fine if we not pay the semester fee till the date.

Placement Experience:

The placements in our campus are good . Studenta get campus placement from 4th year . The drives are conducted for them . The companies like amazon,wipro,skyde,TCS and more visit ou campus for hiring students . The companies give the offers till 10 lakh per annnum . The highest package in our college is 17 lakh per annum and lowest package is 6 lak per annum. 60 percentage of students get placed in our college every year. I plan to get a good electrical skilled job in my core after degree.

Likes

First thing I like about our college is Infrastructure.
I also like the clubs and events for improving students creativity and leadership qualities
I also like faculty coordination with students for clear understanding.

Dislikes

Lab system maintanence is poor sometimes
Some faculty are not skilled and cannot communicate properly.
Library is not accessible for final years frequently due to some rules.

Placement Experience:

Placements of this year college are moderate and still going.Companies approach our college Example: Capgemini, Infosys, Accenture and cognizant.We have to clear some rounds to select in interviews.Im still not offered any placement and trying to get in next companies.Otherwise my plans would be doing masters in abroad.

Likes

New infrastructure when I joined it is like a old structure now they are improving it
Teacher's are very nyc to us I don't know about the juniors
Peaceful no sound pollution u can enjoy it as much as u want

Dislikes

Favortism like some teachers only care about some students
Money everything should come from the student's pocket
They force u to pay the college fee as soon as possible or else they put lot of charges

Placement Experience:

Final year is eligible for campus selection Microsoft turtle Accenture wipro mahindra etc., near to 50 54 lpa is highest but it is out side the campus lowest is 2 lpa 100 people 40 percentage will get job Job and bussiness don't know When will be the layoff so sidde hustlel

Thats my college

Likes

One of the most liked thing is the support from the faculty, being as a mentor, in projects or the studies in every aspect they are excellent
Another thing is the transportation facilities. And they even provide free bus at 8 pm to the closest metro station
The sports facilities here are very good i play sports every week and there are inter college competions

Dislikes

The college is small its around 30 acers and it is in the middle of the city
The college is always under construction they want expand the college so it is always under construction
The exam timetable it goes like 1 and half months it wastes my time

Placement Experience:

The eligibility of placements is to not have any backlog, and the placements are good enough. Companies like google, microsoft, de shaw, JP Morgan Chase, qualcomm, amd, synopsis, MRF, HBL, TCS and many more companies come to hire the students in 2021 we got 97 LPA by a foreign company around 85% of people get placed who are eligible my plan is to do my PHD in the foreign universities

The overall infrastructure and the lecturers were really good.They explains everything clearly until every student understand.And there are labs also where we can learn more practical things lively. There is empty behind the college where itspeacefu.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike about this is it is an women's If the college is co education, girls can understand everything like how to behave with them and they can easily understand what is what and what's going on outside.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year we are eligible for placements.Not only for college placements our faculty also provide assistance for off campus jobs.They also provide training for the jobs .They encourage us a lot to get placement.
