Remarks

Every College has its plus and minus and this is no different. Plus includes its infrastructure, in campus placement, labs, auditorium, faculty members, college locality. Some of the minus include its strictness for attendance, fee wise expensive college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course Curriculum is designed by Mumbai University so its same for all Colleges. So it all boils down to Faculty members of the college how they present it. And I must say majority of the faculties are well educated and can help you in all ways.

Internships Opportunities

No, College does not provide internship but we can do it on our own and college would take care of attendance so again a win-win situation. I am a graduate from 2016 batch so if any changes in this system then I am not aware about it.

Placement Experience

5

This is one of the most important question. The placements are good enough and as per my knowledge everyone gets placed if not in starting for sure till the end of the course. The average CTC provided for 2016 was around 3.5 LPA. Good Companies will also give better placements like one of my friends got 7 Lac Package. The Highest package offered during our time was 34 Lac package by a Japanese company.

College Events

4.5

Zephyr- This is the biggest fest offered by the college. Some highlights include fashion show, games be it online or field, food fest, exhibition stalls, treasure hunt, etc. Many other events also happen related to conferences, sports and all so overall its a fun throughout the year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is little expensive but with the infrastructure and placements you get in return it is worth it. And yes year on year the fees get more as compared to previous year so get into it if you ready for it.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are provided on basis of merit staring from 2nd year. So if you are scoring more than 8 GPA in your first year expect 50-70% fees waiver for following year, ofcouse you need to apply for the same.

Campus Life

5

The labs for all respective streams are good. There are lab assistance so it is well maintained as well. The College has a huge sports ground so all the sports related activities take place there and we can simply go to play daily after regular college as well.

Hostel Facilities

4

I never used hostel facilities so do not have much idea about it. But my classmates were in hostel and i think it was pretty decent after all more than half of the day we are spending in college campus only.

Alumni/Alumna

If we get support of good seniors they would guide you in proper way. I got two such friends and so I was pretty much chilled. There is a alumni meet every year so that all our batch mates can meet and have fun.

Exam Structure

The Exam of 1st and final year is in hands of Mumbai University so nothing new here. But 2nd and 3rd year is by college, so this matters. It is more or less designed in accordance with first and final year style only so that we get adopted to this pattern.

Admission

For Engineering, we can go for in-house, Merit based, and Management quota. I got Admission via CET score i.e. Merit Based. The process was smooth as we were provided date and time so no waiting in long lines. All we need is proper documents at the time of admission.

Faculty

4.5

Majority of College faculties are well educated so no need to worry from that perspective, been said that its an students attitude that makes all the difference. There are few PHD level faculties as well so the final year project if done under their guidance could yield good results as well as learning.

Focusing on student's attendence rather than focusing on students concepts. College is not focusing in development of students only paperwork is done. No conceptul teaching nor practical. By doing this stuff we can get a btech degree but not the knowledge a btech student should have.
