COMPUTER ENGINEER
REMARKS
There is not so good study and practical implementation environment. As a result of this the students becomes inactive. Sometimes if students wants to do something new college doesn't approve for it.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
The fee structure is expensive as compare to the overall condition of the college. The fee for general category is 78630. Which is very expensive though it is a government college. The common , poor students family can't afford such a huge Amount of fee.
PLACEMENT WING
The placement cell in the college is not as good as the other respective colleges in the cities. Except in my department i.e. Computer Engineering. From our department nearly 20 to 25 students places from each batch.
ADMISSION
Central Allotment Process (CAP) based on MHT-CET Exam. This exam is taken by Directorate of technical education (DTE). Depend on the merit of that exam colleges are approved. The CAP round has three rounds.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
There are 5 hostels in the college campus. 2 for boys and 3 for girls. The girls colleges are nearby to the college infrastructure, but the boys colleges are very long i.e. about 3 km away to the College. The food quality in the hostel is not so good.
ALUMNI
The senior from the College are very good and helpful in nature. The helps Junior students whenever they required. The alumni network is not so good as the college didn't allows alumni meet. But individually you may contact them.
FACULTY
The overall faculty staff is good. The some staff members are very good in their subjects while some of the teachers are very bad in their respective teaching subjects. The faculty members are very helpful than any other colleges.
CAMPUS LIFE
The extracurricular activities in the college are not so good. The sports ground is not so maintained. Though government gives lots of fund to the college for maintenance of the ground. The labs in the college are good except Civil Department.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
The Computer Engineering course is very good. It has very good scope in the future. There are many fields available for this course. The salery for the jobs of computer engineer is also very good. It is the field of interest.
COLLEGE EVENTS
Cynosure - Technical Events The cynosure is a technical event which has many technical games. Abhiyanta Vasant - Annual Gathering Festival of Unity - ramp walk, Grba night etc. Blood donation camp - NSS, NCC Shivjayanti
LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS
The college allowa scholoship given by the government of Maharashtra. I.e. MAHADBT. From this site students register for the available scholarship. The students neay got scholarship from 7500 to 70000.
