Remarks

The college never gave full support in doing technical fests. There main focus was academics only. But according to me the college should encourage extra - curricular activities as these activities helps student to learn how to handle may things at once

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The MIT, Pune was affiliated with Pune University, so the curriculum used to get updated every 3 year which was quite good as they used to keep up with the current technology. We had total of 8 semester with 5 subjects each semester. The exam structure was as followed- insem exam 1st 4 semester online and later 4 was written 30 marks, practical exam and external viva, endsem which was of 70 marks.

Placement Experience

4.5

The college TPO (Training and placement office) were at its best. Our college had over 90% placement and rest 10% were either opting for further studies or didn't want to work. No our college didn't provided internships.

College Events

3.5

Republic Day and Independence Day was celebrated on full scale. Other than this only World Yoga Day was celebrated on full scale. Gudipadhva the marathi new year was also used to get celebrated. Shivaji Jayanti was also celebrated. We also had National Teacher's Congress and Bhartiya Chatra Sansad.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure according to private colleges were feasible. The fee structure was decided by the AICTE so the fees were were always on the expectations and was affordable by normal people also. So overall the fee structure was great.

Fees and Financial Aid

No i have not availed any scholarship or loan. But as per my knowledge we had reservation in our college based on the category you belong i.e. OBC, SC, ST, etc so they had some kindof reservations i.e. Some percent of fees were off for them

Campus Life

4

The college had best sports. Each time the our college hosted the annual sports summit where people from all over India used to come and participate. Other than sports summit we had annual technical fest Texephyr.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I would rate 4/10 for hostel facilities and infrastructure. The hostel facilities was really very poor especially the food they provided. Despite of complaints from hostel people they didn't tried to improve the food quality.

Alumni/Alumna

There was nothing such as alumni network. But yes the seniors are very helpful in each and every way, let it be academics related or Techfest related they always used to show up and help us in all possible ways.

Admission

At our time(2015), we had JEE Mains exam through which a merit was generated abd college was allocated. Moreover a centralized system of admission. 60% marks of JEE and 40% marks of 12 board was considered to calculate the percentile.

Faculty

5

The faculty we had for computer department was very well versed and had more than 5-6 years of experience. They helped us in all possible ways they could. Other than teaching faculty the non teaching faculty was also well versed with their work. Overall the entire faculty was at its best.

Focusing on student's attendence rather than focusing on students concepts. College is not focusing in development of students only paperwork is done. No conceptul teaching nor practical. By doing this stuff we can get a btech degree but not the knowledge a btech student should have.
