Our college is very strict about attendance and any person not being able to reach the 75% mark attendance faces serious consequences like he/she is debarred from giving the end semester exam.

The course curriculum is quite good in our university here the faculties are Doctorate holders and most of the faculties have done their specialization in their specific field from premium colleges and have good work experience and some have them also have industry training as well which help us to be Industry ready also. On our last industry visit, we went SEBI where we learned about Trading and all we learned about rules and regulations regarding Trading and so on.

Placement of our university is good, as BIT has a reputation in itself so for recruitments of students for the MBA course is also quite average there are many companies who come to our college for recruitment process companies like -ITC, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Bandhan Bank and many more. for SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (SIP) there has been a drastic improvement throughout the years where companies like TATA AGI, ICICI BANK and ITC have come to give students SIP for 2-3 months. And the placement percentage is 80% .

Talking about the events that are held in BIT is numerous and BIT is known for its cultural events throughout India and there are around 62 clubs in BIT and every club organize at-least one FEST and some important events are BAJRA organized by the sports club which is one of the biggest fests in eastern India and BITOSAV is the largest cultural event in Eastern India where the participants have come from other states and universities of India. And EDC have organized an E-SUMMIT having prize net worth of -1.5 corer

According to me the fees structure in my university is quite reasonable here the fees of MBA is 600000 for 4 semester which is less than other B-School and payment of the Fees also very feasible where one can do the payment through cash and DD or online payment. Talking about transparency in fees breakdown one have to do the payment within the time limit otherwise not eligible to register for next semester

I have applied for education loan for my 2 semesters and one can apply for a loan in SBI Mesra branch where the loan can be taken easily and our college also provides a scholarship for a needed person and academically excellent students where a waiver of 50 % fees is done and in some cases 100% is also exempted.

Campus life is very good in BIT Mesra where one can get anything inside the campus the only problems is, it is quite far from the city but Bit itself is quite self-sufficient and student diversity is also vast students from every state is present and Bit gives them enough freedom to celebrate their cultural festivals and everybody respects others cultures.

Our department organizes Alumni meet with the students in regular bases where the x- students come to our department and share their experience regarding their industry career and life in general.

I got into BIT Mesra through the CAT exam. I filled the college admission form then i was shortlisted for GD-PI and on the basis of my performance in GD and PI, I got selected, as I have done my engineering in a civil branch so I had the technical knowledge and to enhance my skills I opted to do MBA so that I can get the managerial skills also and in future, I also want to start my own business and for that, I realized that i need managerial skill also so according to my CAT score I opted to come to BIT, Mesra, as it has a good reputation and the fees, is also reasonable and one can get a decent placement in some of the reputed companies like- ITC, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Bandhan Bank and many more.

There are around 15 professors in our department and everyone is a doctorate holder and every professor is very experienced and some of the even have the Industry experience which they share with the students and help them be Industry Ready and make the best to compete in the corporate world.
