Remarks

The college in which I'm studying right now is good and improving in academics by engaging to newer and improved syllabus and exam patterns. In cultural and sports section our college always ranks top out in the university. I would love if they improve their lab facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course Structure was really good in comparison with another universities. Exams have been very compitative with new and improved exam patterns and also laboratories are also good and improving every year with new and improved instruments.

Placement Experience

2

Yes, but there are very few companies came. Tata was one of the first company came for job opportunities. And then very few of the companies came here for placements. So in this college their are not much of the placement comes.

College Events

4.5

There are various cultural, sports, curriculum and educational events happen in our college campus. Most of them happen in the month of January of each year. ABHIRANG is the name of the main event involving various cultural, technical events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is very feasible. As it is goverment college. So students have to give very low amount of total yearly fees to the college a lot of which students can get back by applying for government scholarships.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, there are many but I have been applying for goverment of India post matrics scholarship for consecutive four years and the department approves scholarships applications and we get benefited by that every year.

Campus Life

3

They are okay. As we study in government colleges so government provides almost e every of the lab equipment and other facilities. Each year there are elections get held at both college and department levels for the students which are wanting to go in politics.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

No, I was unfortunate that hadn't got the chance to live in the hostel. But my friend lives in the hostels. According to their knowledge I have heard that the hostel infrastructure is good and the mess food is OK. The fees to be paid for rent is also economical.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, they are really helpful. They always help every junior of their respective departments. I once had been helped by my senior. He helped me by soughting out the fight in which i had been engaged to due. And I'm really thankful for seniors. Now, I'm a senior so I an doing the work of helping my juniors and continuing this blessed work for the juniors.

Admission

Yes, I had options. But I got the branch I wanted in first CAP round. So, I am sure that I could have got chance to get another branch in our college. Admission procedure was simple having four CAP rounds.

Faculty

4

They are well qualified and i think most of them are specialized in some of the subjects which they teach. They have good knowledge in their particular topics and they do some extra activities to improve our knowledge towards the subjects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Soo ever since kid i was interested in bikes this interest was all for me to take this course , my father is very bike enthusiast and it came down to me , i could easily take mechanical and other engineering cause these are common courses which involves automobile , but since i wanted to follow my passion , i wanted to do specialization in automobile itself and DPCOE was offering this course with great facilities and knowledge providing us a path in this lane of career in this field. According to me curriculum prepares us quite well as they conduct workshop which are relevant to outside world where we'll be working. If there were more practical workshops for us to work on would be great cause automobile engineering is all about practicals rather than theoroticals Professor should try teaching in physical part rather than taking lectures and explaining the concept by just words

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.
