Remarks

Pros(Positive)points are good library, infrastructure, labs, large play ground, Beautiful environment outskirts of city, well knowledged staff and entertainment and social programmes held by each branch every year. If I talk about cons(Negative) main thing is worst administration and college is located far from city so travelling is little bit difficult and fee structure is not feasible for middle class students from other states.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Engineering curriculum is need to be moderated why because as technology growing everything needs to be updated as per requirements. Now days engineering is seems to like normal degree where is mass production of graduates without basic level characteristics of a engineer he can posess.

Placement Experience

1.5

Placrments in my college is not upto the mark. What I expect at the beginning of engineering is one who have good aggregate percentage and at the same time with good knowledge can easily get a job. But, reality is very worse. Our college management are ran behind the money and didn't provide proper job opportunities. If I talk about internships, there are few opportunities I get and I utilize them. I dine my internship in drdo satellite program and I get a stipend of 9000 rupees.

College Events

4.5

Celebrations starts with day 1 itself as college opening day followed by freshers welcome party, freshers ethnic day, as part of cultural events every month at least one program held in our college and department wise branch celebration also happened. Some of management celebration like founder's day, college anniversary etc. Are going on every year. If I talked about technical festivals for each branch it will happen on last week of semester it will somehow useful for the students. For every 2 years college festival is happened ,college management invites cinema celebrities to the fest to make it grand.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is very high in our college. If u got admission through cet then it will be around 50000 per year for a student other than that it reaches 1- 1.5 lakhs. In my college there are plenty of students are from neighbor state like Andhrapradesh and telangana they must take entrance test held by our college management to get admission for management quota seata if they fail in that exam they must 300000 rupees to get the admission. For these students overall fees including college, food and accommodation will be around 500000 per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Every year I got a scholarship of 18000 rs provide by Karnataka state government under the scheme of "vidya siri" And there is a extra scholarship of 5000 for topper of each branch every year. Loan facilities are not available for regional students where as the students who paid more than 400000 rs got lian facility by andhra bank they are associated with our college management.

Campus Life

3.5

I'm good in sports activities like football club, cricket Association and Badminton game. I'm not that much interested in extracurricular activities but once in a college festival me and my boys group performed "mad arts". If I talk about labs, there are well infrastructured labs for each branch but one cons is lab attenders are not take care of the labs in good manner.

Alumni/Alumna

From August 2018 August I'm member of college alumni. In my opinion it is a very good platform to the old students of that organization to share the job opportunities and somehow one of my senior working in a good company keep posting job opportunities in alumni portal so it can be helpful to some who are In needy.

Admission

I'm pretty interested in applications of engineering in electronics stream and I got admission in my college through common entrance test held by Karnataka pre-universty board. During my puc one of our physics lecturer influenced me towards engineering and he teach the physics in engineering dimensional way. Then I got to know that one can have application knowledge he can do wonders in their respective field.

Faculty

3.5

They are well knowledged and at the same time friendly towards student also. Most of our lectures are 10-15 years elder than us but the way they are presenting themselves to the students is amazing. One common thing I observed in my lectures is they passionate and dedicated towards there work.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is a mix of both Computer Science and AIML which is increasingly relevant in today's world. Second year: Subjects like Mathematics for AIML, Data Structures, Stats for Data Science, Computer Networks, Third year: DBMS, ANN, ML operations Some other elevtives are also available and courses like Universal Human Values, POME, EIPR etc. Honestly, POME, EIPR, UHV should have less course credits and probably MCQ type exams (like IC and Yoga in first year). Curriculum is good and updating for applications helped along with projects. Exams are generally once in a month, 1.5 - 2 units for each subject each exam. Lab exams at the very end before CIE marks finalization. Then 2 weeks gap for Lab SEE, then 1 week gap and actual SEE's.

From 6th semester we will become eligible for campus placements. Very few companies will visit for chemical engineering those are aslo not core. Highest package offered for a chemical engineering is 600000 I guess this aslo a long back. But dont take a hope on placements here in chemical weapons. Do mainly focus on Gate exam. Get good score go for mtech or apply for good core jobs for interview.
