Remarks
It would have been actually good if there could have been less of campus politics. It actually takes away the essence of studying throughout the entire curriculum. But it's okay. It isn't that deviating or departing from the main focus mostly. But still. Could be better.
Course Curriculum Overview
The lab classes are kind of boring. But we really enjoy the class. I got friends and we have a lot of fun sitting together, sharing food. And the strictness of the College essentially reminds me off my missionary school days. So overall I'm happy. The exam structure is the plain sem system. And is usual and not very taxing.
Placement Experience
No our College doesn't really provide an intern. But yes. We do have a placement system during the Masters. Hopefully I too will get into it after my graduation. But the professors do tell us the various processes and refferals to get interns at good research institutions like ISI and IIT. So that's noteworthy
College Events
We have our annual fest organized by the students union and that's really very amusing for all the students. Guests are brought and prizes are given at an interCollege level. And it's a lot of fun. Almost every year we wait for this one day to come
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is extremely feasible for almost anyone studying in the College. 12k is essentially nothing in today's day specially in College life and is essentially almost affordable for a mass based scale. So it's not a worry-worthy-issue
Fees and Financial Aid
Our College gives kanyashree to all the female students studying. I am not really sure about the program but yes they do help them out by giving them scholarships and setting aflame to their buried below gunpowder, 's stock
Campus Life
Sports and extras are really very good. Almost every now and then there's something or the other going on to refresh the mood of the students carrying out their day studying and dragging themselves along. But yes. Support is there from every side to boost the people up. Be it gets or be it Labs or other non-study-activities
Hostel Facilities
I don't stay in a hostel so I can't really elaborate about it. Infact there isn't any hostel in the building we study in. But we have a lot of paying guests' scheme going around the College's neighbourhood.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni is essentially extremely helpful. They treat us like brothers. Starting from helping us with notes. sending previous years' questions and even recommending us good tuition teachers, the alumni of Ashutosh College is top notch
Admission
I used to study mathematics hons. After 4 long months a new list came up and I got in that list. It was really very depressing at first because I really wanted to study the subject. but then later I was really happy
Faculty
Our faculty is really very good at teaching. They don't really solve much doubts and are very shortly tempered most of the times. but gradually we get used to it. And it isn't much of a deal. But one thing is for sure. The education is a gradeworthy one
