Remarks
Vit is overcrowded. You may get lost in a crowd if you are not predetermined on your goal. Vit has a lot of diversity you meet different people from different religion country but after all they all end up with getting lots of love from them.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very good because if you got admission in vit in any branch, let's say chemical engineering then you don't have just to study chemical engineering core subject but you also have to study some CSE course to such as python, object-oriented programming and Java, etc. The laboratory is superb. Every faculty in our college is engaged in research. Lab faculty is chilled sometimes but at last, you have to study to pass the FAT exam (Final Assessment Test).
Placement Experience
Placement is almost 100%.If an individual does not find any job then that individual ends up getting placed in TCS or CTS or Infosys. Our college provides internship like reliance company gave some internship offer to our senior. but I am in my first year so I can't explain much about that.
College Events
There are two big events in our college. Gravitas (technical events) Riviera (cultural events) These events are the best day of college. In riviera, big celebrity is coming to our campus like bad shah (singer) ayushman Khurana, Sonu Nigam, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
There are many categories of fees. If you belong to category 1 then your fee is around 2 lakh per year. Category 2 then 3 Lakh per year.For category 3 then 4 lakh per year.For category 4 then 4.5 Lakh per year. For category 5 then 5 Lakh per year. These are the academic fee, not the hostel fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you are scoring good marks in viteee rank then you all end with good scholarship price if you rank lie between 1-100 then you will get 100% scholarship.If your rank lie between 100-500 then you will get 75% scholarship.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities are promoted by our college.We have a table tennis court badminton court outdoor stadium for cricket and football.Gender ratio is also good in our college in my batch it is around 1:3 (girls:boys). College also opened many workshop for us.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are pretty good actually.In many hostels badminton court is included. Hostel building include elevator, CCTV etc.It includes ambulance.My roommate had a stomach pain at 1 Am then hostel warden came and they send them to hospital at that time so hostel is good.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is very good. They came from various parts of the world. They will came and give some lecture about our future and career related problems.They will motivate us and they will encourage us to do a research.
Admission
First of all, I have to give an entrance exam known as viteee pronounced as (witty) then we have to carry DD(Demand deposit) of some amount depends on your rank then you have to visit any four campuses of vit (Bhopal Amravati Chennai Vellore) any one of them then you have to go to counseling then they will call your name according to your rank in viteee then you have to select the preference of your branch availability of branch seat is displayed on the screen if the seat is vacant in your selected branch then you end up with taking admission in vit.I am quite interested in chemical engineering so I choose this branch because of my interest.
Faculty
Some faculty is really good and ready to teach you anything.But some of them are not.Almost 90% of the faculty are PhD holders from IIT or Isc Bangalore.they are good in research all of them are doing research in their own field.
