Review of REVA university

Positive are the infrastructure is excellent. Excellent ambience. Lab facilities are very good. There's a huge library with many books available for studying. Some negatives are when any problem arises it takes time to resolve. & it's difficult to find whom to approach.

It can be improvised a lot. It has to be updated based on current technology. Hands on has to be done for students to learn properly. Which provides a lot of experience to students on each tools. Lab can be accessed easily.

There are many software & marketing companies that come to REVA for recruiting. placement training provided is very good. It's quite helpful to clear the process of interview. On the whole it's good for placements.

Lot of hackathon are organized throughout the year. Which is a very good feature. Also mini project competition are organized. Intra department fest are organized which is quite good. Also inter college fest Revothsava is organized every year.

Expensive. Per year 81000 excluding exam fees & other expenses. Also for other junior batches it was increased even more. Hostel fees are also quite high. This 81000 fees was never reduced till the last.

There's no such scholarship or loans provided in this college. But they give some gifts to semester toppers & individual subject topper in each semester. Which would be 100rs or pendrive or maybe a coffee mug.

Both are equally encouraged to participate in all activities. Events are organized for both boys as well as girls. There's lot of fest in which dance competition, face off singing, beat boxing, & other activities are organized. Students are highly encouraged to participate in it.

Hotel facilities are quite good. But the hostel food is moderate. Some times it would be good & other time it wouldn't. But still hostel fees are quite expensive. 1,25,000 per year excluding laundry, & other expenses.

Alumni network is quite good. They are friendly. Every year on republic Day an alumni meet is organized. Also during November a sports event is organized specifically for alumni members of the university.

It's a good place for doing projects and other co curriculum activities. Lot of cultural activities take place in this place. Also it was one of the youngest university with a good reputation. With good facilities

Qualified faculty are present but few of them are not good are explaining it. Few have communication problem. Otherwise it's a good place to learn new things. Also lot of work shops are organized to educate students on current technology.
