Strictness is there. Girls and boys cannot hold hands and roam. Guards are always there. Hostel room are not spacious. Girls have restrictions as what to wear and what not to. In time for girls is 6 and for boys is 9. Intime issue is very strict.

The course curriculum is easy. Vit is overall a good college. It provides you with placement and the toughness in the college related to exams is not too much. The exam structure is like, there are 3 exams. First there is an exam of 50 marks then the second is of 50 marks it will be an open book exam. Third will semester exam of 100 marks. Apart from that digital assignment will also be there.

Placement is the best in the vit. If you are from cse or it branch college is heaven for you. If You, 'll study and keep on trying 100 percent guarantee you'll end up getting a super Dream package (above 10lakh CTC). Even if you study in the last year then also you can get a super dream package. But dream package (ctc5 to 8 lakh) everybody gets.

In October or September gravitas is celebrated. It is a technical event. And in January Riviera is celebrated is is cultural event. Many actors and singers come in this event. Many events are organised. There are many other clubs and chapters also.

My case it was overall 12 lakh( hostel+food+college fees) 2 lakh was college fees. And if you will take one bed ac it is 70k. If you will take one bed non ac it is 45k. You will take 6 bed non ac it is 19k. If you will take 3 bed non ac it is 26 k. Food is 60k special mess. 50k for vegetarian and 55k i guess for non vegetarian.

You can get education loan. They will give you a provisional letter. You can show it to bank and can get. And other than that at my time there was no scholarship. But this time it might be. You will get to know when you go to final your seat.

Extracurricular activities are good. Sports team are good. Football volleyball basketball team is good. They participate in many competitions. Gender ratio is there. Boys are more than girls. I'll say 5 :1. Diversity is there people are there from china africa etc. And they participate in every event. They are part of sports club, dance club. Economic status is good.

Hostel was good. Nice rooms everything was proper. 1 bed 2 bed 3bed 4bed 6 bed is there. Ac and non ac. But room is not so spacious. This was one thing missing in hostel. Other than that everything was good. Toilets and everything clean.

Yes obviously, It is helpful. One of my friend knew a senior working in intel so with the help of him he got interview in intel and now he is working in intel. There are many stories like this. Many ex-students have started companies.

The entrance exam result came. We could either go to vit Vellore or vit Chennai. Then when your turn came according to your rank you got in the exam you'll be shown the remaining seats in the streams and you'll have to choose the stream you want to pursue and which college. And you'll also have to pay some fees (in my case 51k +11k) 51k was refundable.

Some are nice and friendly. Other's doesn't care about you. You are just a medium for them to vent their frustration. But all faculty have knowledge. They all know a lot. Some give you assignments and want you to gain knowledge on your own. Some will just do it for you. It depends. You have the option of choosing the faculty. It is an online process if you do it fast than other students you might get good faculties.
