Course Curriculum Overview

Apart from academics curriculum helped me to grow my self in technical and personality aspects. A lot of training programs were conducted to develop technical and programming skills. For professionals and personality development also they have conducted courses that helped me a lot.

We have good placement opportunities in the knowledge institute of technology. Had a good time in the knowledge institute of technology which gives me good memories to hold in my heart. In our college, we have a separate team and stakeholders to keep to take care of the cultural activities like we have fine arts club. We have a lot of clubs and forums to improve our technical capabilities.

We have a good opportunity in the knowledge institute of technology to interact with our senior. Frequently will be having some interactions with seniors and alumni.

I was just looking for a good institution in Salem locality. When I am joining, KIOT is a kind of newly opened college. I have just visited the college and spoke with professors regarding the opportunities in KIOT which are help full for my overall development and career and finally I have joined. The admission process very simple.

you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
