Remarks

Good atmosphere,good teaching staff. Infrastructure will be good.No ragging in the college.zero percent ragging campus.It is the main advantage for first year students who are willing to join K.S.R college of engineering tiruchengode. Food quality is somewhat okie. Teaching is also good and friendly manner.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum now Anna university is following choice based credit system. We can select our staff through slots. There will be two internal examinations and one external examination per semester. We have to score 50% by adding two. And the exams and conducted as per the Anna university schedule

Placement Experience

Most of the students will pol leave in campos selections. But the salary package is not so good. Our college provide internship for third year students. They won't provide stipend for that. They will provide certificates for that. If you are a student from CSE or IT department, there will be more chances of getting placed in college campus selections.

College Events

There will be many events celebrated in our college. There will be technical and cultural events. Technical events like Kurukshetra and inter college technical symposiums. Cultural events like Agni, Techofes will be celebrated. Business events like enantra will be held in our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's feasible. There are two types of seats available in college of engineering, guindy,Anna university. They are regular and self supporting.It is around 35000 for regular student per semester.And it is around 45000 per semester for self supporting student.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got central sector scholarship. This scholarship is provided by central government. Many companies in chennai will also offer scholarships for poor students.Many scholarships are available. They will inform you once you join the college.

Campus Life

There will be many events celebrated in our college. There will be technical and cultural events. Technical events like cricks and inter college technical symposiums. Cultural events like Agni, Techofes will be celebrated. Business events like enantra will be held in our college.

Hostel Facilities

Good. There will be 4 members per room. For final year's they will give single room. And AC rooms also available in our college. The facilities are very good. Of any problem they will respond quickly.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Ya they are very helpful. We have Alumni association in our college.They will encourage students and they will guide us.They will conduct mock interviews for final year students in college with experts.

Admission

There are two possibilities to join the college by direct management and also by counseling. I have joined the college through counselling and I had shortlisted by the marks(12th cut off percentage). These are the ways to join the K.S.R college of engineering, tiruchengode.

Faculty

There will be many sections in faculty who are coming to teach. There are professors, assistant professors, associate processors, teaching fellows etc.The professors are very friendly and they teach well. This is the best view of faculties in our college.

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Calm and Student-Friendly at DMI College of Engineering

Likes

The college provides a friendly and supportive learning environment.
Most faculty members are approachable and helpful, especially when students need academic guidance

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

Best college for Academics and Placement

I selected this college for good placements and fees collections affordable for middle class family. I selected bannari , kongu and then my college ( ksr) but kongu and bannari college were demands more fees. But compared to them ksr offers moderate level of fees structure with good level of placements. Our college admission process have two ways. One way management and another way government quota. Management students want to directly approach the college and put a admission in college. College offers merit scholarships and sports scholarship for the management students. Government quota means students get admission through tnea counciling. Government quota students can get first graduate scholarship and sc / st scholarship and bc/MBC scholarship. Best college life everrrr

During that i shortlisted 4 engineering colleges which include excel college , Mahindra college, bannariamman and KSR . Only KSR was having Automobile Engineering during that time . i didnt get any rejection from any of these colleges . The admission process of ksr college was so easy that you will be guided by a dedicated faculty through out the process.
