Remarks

In our college, there are a lot of students. The college takes an enormous amount of students at higher annual fees and because of those students, the college becomes crowded and many are unable to receive desired facilities. Also, management is very poor for this huge crowd.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course follows the standard curriculum set by the ministry of human resources development department of our country, which makes the college's curriculum identical to all the national institutes present in India.

Placement Experience

Vellore institute of technology Vellore has a separate office for placements and training, known as the PAT office. This office invites a lot of companies and startups for the placement of the students. Almost everyone in the college, who doesn't have any standing array, gets placed.

College Events

There are various events in our college, Riviera, that happens in VIT, is one of the most famous events in India. Then Gravitas is also a famous tech event that happens every year in the fall. And yeah, various events for music and dance keep on happening in between.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It depends on which category and branch, a person is getting admission into. As per the rank in the Vellore institute of technology engineering entrance exam, if the rank is high, the fees also gets higher.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college directly doesn't provide any education loans but refers to a specific bank to go and ask for loans. As for scholarships, college only provides scholarships for people coming from a very low background.

Campus Life

A lot of labs and extracurricular activities are there in VIT. A lot of modern equipment is there in these labs and sports facilities are average. The main issue is the number of students admitted by the college is very high and all the facilities can't fulfill the requirements of all the students.

Alumni/Alumna

Vellore institute of technology maintains an alumni network, known as VITAA and it keeps all the past graduates of the college, connected. Also in various events, alumni are invited to attend and many times, they are made the chief guest

Admission

Examination happened, which the university itself conducts every year, formally known as Vellore institute of technology engineering entrance exam, which I cracked and got a seat in here on the basis of the rank in that exam

Faculty

Faculty, staff member, lab charges, coordinators, research scholars all are average. They all know the curriculum perfectly but most of them are unable to answer doubts if asked a little outside of the curriculum.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
