Remarks

One of the most important drawbacks is the location of our college. It's located outside the main city, so various problems generate which are very needed to be cured. Transportation is one of them, Then comes food and accommodation. The canteen is okay-okay. Positive points are the faculties and it's reputation only, which is continuously decreasing. But several reforms are being made in recent time, which will hopefully help advance the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I will not say that the Course Curriculum is bad but it is not that good also. Given the case of timetables and the environment created in recent times, there are many things that need to progress and adapt. Moreover, the design of the Course Curriculum should be more transparent and detailed. The exam structure is normal. We have 2 mid-term tests before the main semester exams. Each year has 2 semesters, so it makes total 4 tests and 2 main exams.

Placement Experience

3.5

As this a government-aided college of the State of Rajasthan, and has been a reputed college from starting only, so, it can be considered good in terms of placements and job opportunities. Yes, our college provides internships for the top 5 or 7 students from each branch after 4th-semester very year to our mentor college, VJTI, Mumbai. VJTI is a great college in its class and we are privileged to have them as our mentors.

College Events

2

We have one cultural, one techfest and one sports event in our college. A cultural event is named Tarangini, which includes stage performances varying from dance to drama to singing and many things. The sports event is named COMBAT, which includes indoor games: badminton, chess, carton, and outdoor games: Cricket, Volleyball, Race, high jump, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is nominal but has increased somewhat over the years. We have two types of seats The GAS seat(Govt. Aided Seat) and The SFS seat(Self Funded Seat) Fees of GAS:16500 per semester SFS:31709 per semester

Fees and Financial Aid

We have several scholarship facilities such as 1.Sumedha 2.TFWS 3.Minority 4. Ex-Servicemen These are very beneficial for the sake of students and their financial backgrounds are aided. Regarding these scholarships, the applicants are completely verified.

Campus Life

3

Labs are quite okay, but speaking of sports, The situation is very very bad. There's not even a playground to play any sport except a volleyball ground which too, is mostly inactive. Most importantly, there's no football. We have a committee for extracurricular activities named as CAS. We have frequent workshops in our college and the students visit other colleges too, such as IITs, to take part in various competitions and attend workshops. We have no bias regarding religion, race, sex, or any kind. But it's a bit hard to start any development process in the college and all works are slow processing.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

There is no hostel in our college (which is extremely needed for the development of students) Though, a girls hostel has been made recently. The rooms are quite good, and so are the other facilities. The hostel fees are okay given the environment and locality.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, there's an Aluminum Cell in our college and has connected many alumni in recent years. They come in our college on several occasions and interact with the students. It's very helpful that they share their experiences and knowledge.

Admission

First, we have to apply for REAP(Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process). Of all the application forms, a merit list is made on the basis of JEE Main marks (next priority is given to 12th marks, in case one has not given JEE exam). Applicants fill their interested name of colleges and branches priority wise and at last, the most suitable college and branch is allocated to one with the highest number.

Faculty

3.5

In the case of faculties, no one is perfect. But some faculties seriously need training in terms of teaching methodologies. Some faculties are traditional-minded and have studied in Hindi medium, so they find it somewhat hard to teach with the English system. In many cases, their morale becomes downgraded due to the lack of interest of students themselves. So, overall the faculties have good knowledge and experience, except some of them who really needs some advancements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is well structured and designed for students to learn the subject in detail and to know about topics in detail and make sure to understand things clearly before implementing them in real life. There are certain areas for improvement but they will keep get better. Timetable should be made such that students get break in between the classes so that they can be less exhausted throughout the day

Obviously there is a campussing process that gives the students the opportunity to get their desired job. You can also go off campus to get bigger opportunity, but it will be on your head only that means it's a risk. But the average placement provided by the university is 6 lakhs and the highest one is 72 lakhs per annum.
