    REMARKS

I don't think there is any negative or positive remarks, like every coin has two sides it also has positive and negative sides both and also it depends on the person how he looks at them. The positive remark I want to mention about the college is once you come here you'll never gonna forget it.

  • FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES

The fee structure is very affordable here as it is a central government university's college. any person can afford the fee and if he can't, then the college administration have provides them an yearly financial assistance.

    PLACEMENT WING

The college hasn't't achieved any great remark in the sense of opportunities and placements. it has less then sufficient no of placements for the science stream students but nothing for the arts students. Yes, this college do provide us internships both paid and unpaid.

  • ADMISSION

I got I my admission done in the 3rd cutoff list of the delhi university. You have to take no worries about the admission process as the seniors are very helpful here, they are always there to guide you about any queries regarding admission. I have PCM in intermediate but I changed my stream into arts and opt for the subject political science because I'm interested to know about the political ideologies and procedures, Also I faced a deduction of 2.5% in my best of four percentage because of stream change.

  • ALUMNI

Deshbandhu college has a large number of alumnis. some of them are - Late Gulshan kumar (Music director and singer), Raghu ram (producer of TV show Roadies) and also the the senior journalist of NDTV mr. Ravish kumar. they never visits the college but provides us the opportunity to come along and see thier work and participate as the audience on NDTV.

The campus placement cell is very well coordinated. They provide good internship offers and job offers. I think the avg pack offered for the job is 5-6 lakhs per annum. Many reputed companies come to our college which includes Wipro also.

Students become eligible for internships in the 4th semester. But their registration is done in 1st semester itself. The average package is around 3lakh and I feel that's very good after graduation. The percentage of students getting placement is 60 percent.

I am yet to sit for placements but I have completed one internship through college. It was with a well known Fashion Designer and I am so happy because I got to learn so much about how the real world of design works. Especially happy because I got this opportunity in my first year itself.

Course Curriculum -

The faculty are not just teachers - they are my mentors. Very well qualified - all of them have been giving their 100% to make sure we excel in our respective fields.

The student becomes eligible for campus placement after completing their final year's. I have no idea about a company who has visited becoz I have just gone to the second year. I don't have that exact figure but it is around 3 lac to 12 lac a year. 30%. I want to do business.

Going by the seniors and the alumni the placement ratios of the previous years have been really good. So hoping that it will be the same ratio of around 70-75% in the coming years as well. As we are in the pandemic saying anything will be foolish but yeah let's see.
