Likes
- My college was a girl's college. There are maximum 60students in a class. Prints were quite cheap in the college cafe.
- There were many fest functions in my college. I also participated in the dance fest in my first year. We also used to go on picnics from college.
- India's chief guest at the annual function was M Venkaiah Naidu.
Dislikes
- College fees were very high for general category people.
- The behavior of many teachers was quite rude and arrogant as if they were teaching us for free.
Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to do PhD in Political Science but due to percentage I took up BA program. Teachers used to provide notes but mostly I used to be off. There was nothing wrong with the college. Exam timings were good.
Internships Opportunities
I don't remembered.I don't have any knowledge about the project. Now maybe it provides internship but at that time I did not know anything like this. Sorry, I can't tell you, it's been more than 3 years since I got my degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
I used to pay fees every year on 15th December. Mine was a regular college. SC, ST, and OBC students had to pay less fees. During the lockdown, fees were not paid by many children, but to get the degree, everyone had to pay the fees because the degree was not given without it.
Campus Life
There were no special names for the annual function but it always happened between 8th to 10th January and the farewell function was from 1st to 10th February for all subjects. Maximum books were available in the library, notes teachers provided.NCC sports dance was available in college. Digital board cinema room where movies related to books can be seen.
Admission
Eligibility was based on marks, my college was very good. I chose this college myself, it was a girls college and I wanted regular and at that time I did not have much knowledge nor any guide.I didn't get any rejections from any college. Had I known at that time, I would have applied to better colleges like Hansraj Hindu College. The admission process was quite easy.
Faculty
There used to be a maximum of 60 students in a class. The relationship between the students of the college was quite good. My history teachers Faisal Hussain Sir and Shiv Panchal Sir used to teach history very well.
Night Life
My college is in Karol Bagh, where every thing is available in the markets, clothes, toys, earrings, bags. There are big institutes there, Drishti IAS, library is nearby, there is a PG, cafe, parks . The area is very good
