Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is as per the latest industry standard.it keeps changing with new content to make sure that graduates are up to date with the latest technical knowledge of the industry. Research-based learning is promoted very much in VIT. Really get a place to learn and a chance to grow

Placement Experience

Placements are really good. if have a decent grade and has no standing backlog then there are assured placements.The institute and the placement team makes every effort to help you in getting places in good company with a decent package.

College Events

There is a technical fest called gravitas. Then there is a cultural fest called Rivera. Apart from these two main fests, there are activities happening almost every day. So you get to participate and witness a lot of activity happening all across the campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees are not that much. it is as per the market standard. Fees are the same for every one of the same merit. though if your score in Vitee is not great. You can still get your favorite branch by paying a little extra fee that varies based on your rank in Vitee exam.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, I had an education loan. And it is easy to get an education loan these days. You can repay the amount once you are up and doing your job. There are scholarships for people having a very good rank in Vitee exam and merit based. Also, top rankers get money rewards. there is one scholarship called Smt Rajeshwari scholarship for a financially unstable student that pays 10000 per year

Admission

Viteee entrance exam and then attending counseling in Vellore. I opted for the Btech in ECE because I had an interest in learning technology. So it is all based on one's interest that they choose the course. All the course taught in VIT is good so you can pursue your interest.

Faculty

They are many faculties for each course. A number of faculties are around 4000 for all course so you can imagine that there is enough of all. The lecture has a hierarchy as an associate, assistant, and professor. They are quite experienced and help in nurturing a student in the right direction.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

The network connectivity in girls hostel is poor
The food at mess is average sometimes it is not taste
The practical labs are help at distance.

Placement Experience:

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Dislikes

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students
College provide only theoretical knowledge students for practical skills

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.
