Remarks
Every college has both positive and negative remarks. Every student should try to adjust with both sides. However, our college has a peaceful atmosphere which provides students a basis to learn new things and also expand their knowledge.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of the course is for three years respectively as it is like other B.A courses. This course deals with the media basically. Mass communication is the study of spreading information to a large audience through the various means of communication and Journalism is the activity of writing about recent developments for newspapers, magazines etc.
Placement Experience
Jobs or placements as such will not be provided for it isn't a private college. However, there are always chances for commerce students to get few opportunities as such. Otherwise, students need to search and get hold of jobs or placements on their own.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for Mass communication is high as compared to other general courses. All the other B.A courses amounts to Rs.8000 to Rs.9000 , altogether after three years. Whereas, my course cost Rs.21,000/- per year and it is the same for three years consecutively.
Campus Life
Sports form an important part of our college which is designed to help students remain fit and active. Laboratories are there for important purposes and are frequently used. Religious tolerance is present.
Hostel Facilities
Infrastructure is really good which includes hostel facility. Well, I haven't gone for this facility as I didn't feel the need to. However, hostel food and atmosphere is pretty good. Separate amount of money is charged for this facility though.
Admission
Admission process totally depends on the marks that is scored in 10+2 examination, that is the HS examination or the equivalent examination. Students are shortlisted on the basis of this marks but before that the admission form needs to be filled up and application fee needs to be submitted.
Faculty
Great faculty members who have experience and patience, teaches in our college. Notes and lectures which are the basics, are provided by them. A lot of encouragement is received by the students form their side.
