Anudeep Reddy's Review On National Institute Of Technology - [NIT], South Goa

It is good one can have a peaceful and also vivacious life goa is a very good place to stay with very cooperative people it is very safe for anyone especially girls party life is mind blowing so one can make a choice to study over here with out any doubt

AIEEE AIR 12K i was interested in Electronics and this is the best I could get I was not expecting anything good because it was newly established college but it was very good experience.

Initially it was not that good because it was a newly established NIT later on standards have increased and it is good now i will give it a 4 on 5 scale.

I got a chance to do internship at IISc BANGALORE it is very good i learnt a lot of new things apart from my curriculum I did not get any stipend but the experience was worth it.

I can give this 2.5 out of 5 it was not as good as expected the average package offered was not up to the standards of NIT also no core company jobs most of the jobs were IT related.

It is a new NIT and there is no permanent campus yet one can not expect large scale fests because of infrastructure but still we managed to celebrate Technival the technical fest of college spectra was the first and very successful ECE department tech fest.

Very feasible for our batch later on I heard that it increased a lot I completed my whole engineering within 4 lakhs including accommodation and food.

Scholarships were offered only for students from reserved categories no loans from college were offered however one can get loans from banks outside.

Gender ratio is around 1:5 (girls: boys) i can give 5/5 for parties and other activities labs were upto the mark and clubs were good no politics no religion based behavior totally secular place in true sense.

As it is a new NIT and no permanent campus the hostels were bad coming to food, it was okay out side PGs were good and feasible as compared to hostels.

Only two batches have passed out and so proper alumni association can be effective after some years senior students were very cooperative the present batch seniors are also good no ragging based incidents took place.

Exam structure was as usual as other NIT's the standards were good and it was a continuous evaluation structure labs are too good for new NIT there is a good scope for research also.
