All good. But in the matter of money. They don't understand your Forcedness. The only thing which matter for management is his money.
Course curriculum and exam structures was good. But practicals related to stream was not that much good. More practicals should be done in engineering colleges. In this college they focus more on passing the semester examinations and not on the practical knowledge. Modern instruments are not present and if present then not in working condition plus more faculties are also not good in practical.
If i talk about my branch which is civil engineering then there is no scope of placement or help in internships. But other than core branches have good placement ratio.
The list is long. Every year too many events are celebrated to remember. Some main of them are. 3- day technical festival. Workshops on important softwares related to branches. Ex:- AutoCAD workshop for civil engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering branch. Special guests are invited for lecture on Personality development, future of Engineering and for motivation.
You can say fee structure is feasible and transparent too. But there are many hidden/additional fees you will have pay other than tuition, hostel and mess fee. For admission you don't have to pay additional charges. Yes, college provide transparency in fee break down. But there is a drawback that if at sometime you don't agree with management on fee breakdown. You can't do anything. What they say You will have to pay at any cost.
I didn't availed any scholarship or educational loan. So i can't answer this question. College doesn't offer scholarship opportunities but you can avail the opportunities given by state or central government.
Campus life was very good. There were cricket ground, basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court etc. Parties held on special occasions was well organised by management. There were no racism, ragging or gender inequality. There are two girls hostel and one boys hostel inside the campus and all are well organised and well maintained in true manner. Labs, workshops were good.
Yes, i opted for hostel. It was sharing. 3 persons in one room. Average charge for hostel plus mess was 55000 during 2014-18. Quality of food was not up to mark. Other than food all facilities was good.
It's hard to comment on this question. I had very less connection to alumni. And that doesn't affect me in any manner. As i'm alumni now, i don't have that much connection with my juniors too.
I was always interested in engineering and specially in Civil Engineering. I heard by a friend that fees of colleges of bhopal is less as compared to other cities. And Oriental College of Technology is a good college. My father went there and i got admission on the basis of my 12th and jee marks.
There are 7 lectures per day in which 5 are theory classes and 2 practical classes. Classes held very seriously and on regular basis. As far as expertise held by them are concerned, it's a 50-50 case i.e; some faculties were very good at providing clarity about subjects, experienced and have less or more industrial experience too, where as some were new comers and unable to provide clarity on subjects.
I was interested in engineering and I had future plans which asked me to stay in the city. There is no specific reason to stay in LNCT. It is a good institution with a lot of opportunities, not too good for a student college life.
There are a ton of job opportunities in LNCT but mostly for IT companies. LNCT hosts minimum 70 companies but most of them are from IT sector. All branches are allowed to sit for the campus but if you're looking for a core job, I suggest look for a different college
You can register for the admissions process online as they have an off-campus counselling process conducted by DTE Govt. Of MP. Students must have appeared in class 12th exam with the subject in the same stream for engineering students and in JEE-MAINS. Special reservations have been given to the reserved category students. The general category must have scored 45% and reserved category student can apply if they have scored 40%.
Placement is the only aspect where I was disappointed the most as only a few companies visited the college. A few students were recruited from our batch with a package of mere 4 LPA, however, the college claims to have so many recruiters visiting the college.
The college is good for students who can't afford high fees.
I gave 4 out of 5 to my college. Infrastructure is Excellent. All faculties are highly educated and very supportive. They were helped us in every situations. Fees is affordable and transportation is very good. Canteen is available with a delicious food. Many events are happens. My college is such a dream college of every engineers.
starting with the positive ring are the college really work hard for the all around development of students and also provide many placement opportunities for each and every student so that they could succeed in their career. There are as such no negative comments for college. I like my college
College is too good as it has only been one and a half year and progress is too good . College give you full support if you want to participate in any external fest or sports event held in any other college they will fully fund you and look after all the arrangements.
Bathrooms of this college are worst. In some blocks they are not cleaned from several years . Pipes are not properly installed. Labs are quite good and devices are in working condition as they are used by students of iit indore
I have appeared in PET and scored 89 marks and rank 7001 and it is a good college thats why i have opted for this college.
As my branch is civil engineering so here not so good placement opportunities for me .
