Course Curriculum Overview
The course is designed as per the guidelines of mhrd and it is designed in such a way that students can easily adopt to the curriculum and exams are also organised in such manner that they could guide to get grip of everything which has been covered but only flaw is that classes aren't always in English sometimes they are also in bengali
Placement Experience
Placements are so far better from the previous years and average package is 6lpa and we had contacts with PSUs too yearly around 10-20 students are taken by PSU s but internships aren't that good
College Events
We had techo-management fests like aarohan and avishkar and cultural fests like nityamini(recstacy) Our college also encourages other events like on behalf of NSS (traditional week) and other clubs. College spends a lot of money on fests and calls people around the world for cultural fest
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible and for ESW and lower casts having fee examption.the only fee was the examination fee and mess fee for them and for the other they had the semester fee is around 40,000-60,000. And it includes medical, library,and examination fee
Fees and Financial Aid
No. I haven't applied for any but we need to apply for the scholarship on our own and submit the details to the scholarship section of college and they will announce the list and for the loan we need to submit the documents in the banks and follow their instructions for the further process
Campus Life
Campus helps a lot to learn many things but you need to come out of the box and gender ratio is 10:1 and had very rich diversity. The college even encourages us to participate in extracurricular activities through clubs and gives an opportunity for INTER college tournaments and organises many workshops and events
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is compulsory for btech and mtech MBA and MCA and ms while PhD has the exception and their are provided with Lan or WiFi connection and food is provided but the taste you need to compromise if you are a south Indian
Alumni/Alumna
College maintenance the alumni network but there is no use with them.they are just people who had passed out from college and stuck with their life
Admission
After 12th we have to appear for the her mains (btech) paper those had qualified for the exam will get a chance to choose college and course in website jossa provides.the jossa goes through certain analysis and gives the college and course that you had got for your rank and marks and category (caste).this process repeats six times and in this six attempt we can freeze for accepting seat float for accepting seat but to change branch in that College or you can go for subsequent round so final acceptance is done during the month of July (last week ) mostly
Faculty
Per semester around 6-9 professors are been assessed and with an average experience of 10-15 years.most of our professors are our alumnis they had flexible with students but they guide students to improve in their interest.but the only flaw is they had some what regional feeling
