Remarks
With the rank I got (60658) it was the best govt college that I can get and then it also offers the up-gradation policy. It has a good placement record, with good campus life, best clubs, sporting events and perfect is one of the north INDIA'S biggest fest. The location of the college also played a key role as it is situated at the heart of Chandigarh.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is updated and for circuital branch, it is one the best you can get after IIT, academics are also not much tensed as you have 1 mid sem and 1 end sem and 2-3 quiz in a semester, you can try anything you like in this college, Faculties are nice all of them are highly qualified with degrees from IIT and foreign institute.
Placement Experience
Placement is good for the circuital branch and OK for the non-circuital. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, jp morgan, Goldman sacs come for campus placements. Apart from them core companies like airtel, sail Land T also hire from college
College Events
College hosts its technical and cultural fest in the month of October or November for 3 days which is North India's biggest fest celebrities like GURU RANDHA, Farhan Akhtar, bands like a local train with a footfall of 50k+ students.
Campus Life
it has 5 grounds(main, cricket, athletics, NCC, street play), WI-FI in the hole campus along with the hostel with amazing speed. Labs are also updated recently built SEIMENS lab is the only lab in INDIA.
Hostel Facilities
we have 4 hostels for boys and 2 for girls hostel is good with mess food being OK it is sharing for 1 sem but you can opt for a single from the 2 semesters. Wifi is there in every hostel with common rooms TT tables, badminton court
