Remarks

The first thing why I chose this college is due to distance and when it comes to campus environment it is filled up with lush green and it is also situated 5km away from city which means less pollution and when I want to say y I opted this course because this course has high demand in the IT industry.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course scheme and syllabus are changed for our batch but it is not upto the industrial requirement.still they didn't took us for industrial visit may be they will take in further semester.The faculty here are very kind and they always keep helping the students in all aspects,I don't want to mention particular faculty because all are down to earth.

Class Size: 69Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I have completed one internship.the profile of the internship was Relationship manager for Udaan and i got stipend of about 400 Rs for a week along with certificate of completion.but college doesn't offer any internships u have to get it on your Own.

Placement Experience

Our college placement cell trains the students from the first semester itself so that they will be ready at the 5th and 6th sem,the most popular companies that visited are wipro,infosys,TCS, Microsoft,Mphasis, tata etc. As I mentioned 50% were placed in various companies from various branches.our college alumni are very helpful and they always refer there company for the placement and other development programs.

College Events

We can have the memorable campus life at SJCIT because here they give they give the same priority that they give for the academics for the events. also in one academic year we will be having lots of events one among them is the college fest SAMBHRAMA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college will not provide any scholarship but the government of Karnataka provides the scholarship based on merit and the backward clases once per academic year so that the student can complete their course without any hassle.

Campus Life

Our campus has everything the that a student needs with a well maintained condition such as the students can have their food at our college canteen,the students can play sports at the BGS stadium, they can perform or organize events at the fully air conditioned auditorium inspite of this our campus has the indoor sports facilities and Gym is also provided for the students.

A great place for learning and career growth

Placement Experience:

Excellent placement training and reputed companies visit the campus. I had received offers from three companies which reflects the quality of opportunities available. Placement is one of the college's biggest strength. Student with no backlog and good academic records will get easily placed.

My life at CMR - University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects like: we had 2 internal exams in the semester and after completing these internal exams roughly at the 5th month we had practical exam + end semester exams, these exams would be mainly theory based inclusing some conceptual based questions & based on our understanding only, we can able to write the answers. One thing, I would suggest was we shall give more weightage to the practical based learning, that too during our days we were just the beginning of AI & Iot era was effectively going on, if we had some advanced eductaion covering these aspects we would have got the opportunity to shine more in our carrers. As a student, we faced slight diffuclities and challenges matching the real-life happenings with the acdemics, that would be one of the shortcoming I can say.

My campus life so far

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the curriculum is well planned, balanced and easy to follow. We start with the basics and along with theory there's a good amount of coding practice, assignments, and hands on learning. I like that the course isn't just about passing exams, it also focuses on building skills that will be useful later for internships and placements. So far it feels relevant, practical and not overwhelming for someone who's just starting out.

One of the best colleges or universities for B Tech and pocket friendly

Placement Experience:

The College was there for more than 10 years , but there was only Post graduate courses available , like M-tech , Msc , etc. The College for B-tech has started just before 2 years , there are no batches which has been output till now. The students are also waiting to see the batches to get output and see the placements taking place. As a student I am also eager about the campus placements.

I was interested in studying aerospace engineering and it was available in this college so i got admission here through kcet in 2nd round of counselling.
