Khushi Goel's Review On St. Xavier's College - [SXC], Kolkata
Remarks :
Xavier's has a huge scope for the students both academics wise and non academics wise. It has notable alumni which also leaves behind a impression. It has a huge campus with a brilliant supervising staff.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The syllabus has been revised and can be claimed to be student-friendly. There is continuous assignments to be done so that things get properly revised. But it is to be noted that the faculty can be made better off.
Placement Experience :
Job opportunities and placements are very standard of Xavier's. It's basically one of the reasons why I got into it. More than 5 companies give us the opportunities. Those two are really good ones with high packages.
College Events :
The campus life is very shiny inside and out. There is fests going on throughout the year. All the colleges usually get invited to participate. One of the biggest fests is Xavotsav which is celebrated for 3 days at a stretch and many known guests come. Fests of different departments are held too.

Campus placement is not there in the College. But You can apply for an Internship at this college where you can earn money and experience which is quite good In Calcutta University colleges You can't expect any placement, so you have to your master's study

In JD birla students get a job in their 3rd year. There are good number of companies visiting. These companies picks students in lots with good package of 3lakhs to 5lakhs. The companies like big four, Deloitte, and many mncs.

It is a government college. So there is no campusing. After passing out you can get jobs in any companies' finance and accounting department. But college is very affordable and valuable for money. I'll do M.Com after this.

The college invites various companies to the campus for placements. Doesn't have 100% placements but have good ones. The average pay is somewhere around 3-6 lakhs. Good students also get better packages than this.

This college is eligible for campus placement from the sixth semester. This college's student visited more company like TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICE. Student get offers highest and average package from TCS, around 50% of student get placement.

Third-year is preferred skuplv , tcs etc hires students. I was in my third year in 2020 .so can't write about placement review in pandemic.no percent criteria because companies select you on an interview basis.
Remarks :
The campus life in our college is quite good, there are more girls in the college as compared to boys and the college takes keen interest in competitions like singing, dancing, quiz as well as there are debate competition which takes place in the common room of our college, the extracurricular activities in the college is not so good because the college doesn't have their own playground for sports
Remarks :
The college is very good for students. as well as this college is very economic to all kinds of students in the society. The behaviour of teachers are very good and very cooperative and ready to help and solve any problem.The environment of the college is very goof.

Little biased towards bengalis, this is what I felt. Can do better in this regard.

This college is a average college under kolkata university if any student want to study from there, i advised to the if you are a average student then first try other college if not get any othe college then join this.
