The major factor was that the college was the nearest premier engineering institute, apart from this the college is having an excellent statistics of students achieving a good career, further it ranks very good among the companies and a lot of companies trust the college and the college has a very good reputation among the companies.

Course curriculum is appropriate and provides students with sufficient knowledge and skills apart from the course curriculum the college also ha a lot of technical societies which helps students to stay on-the-line for the industry.Yes there is a industrial tour designated for 3rd semester students in which the students visit a number of industries as per the course.The teachers on a whole are good.

there are a large number of companies visiting the college for core as well as non-core engineering profiles like finance, management etc. Approximately about 80% of the students gets placed. The students are placed as per their calliber and interest the placement process is open, with the companies visiting throughout the placement year to select students and the placement committee is hard working to help the students in best possible way and get them placed in a good career.

Campus life is far more active than any other engineering college with a number of events going on every semester. Technical activities include Pecfest, a number of hackathons, a number of technical events these are bigger and highly competitive with the pecfest being the most famous fest of North Indian colleges. Cultural events are organised during Pecfest and other important festivals ,these include events like dance, singing, glitterati etc. There are a number of other competitions as well such as Parliamentary Debating, Model united nations etc. Apart from these college also holds expert talks for the students. The Pecfest is a famous college fest of PEC and a see a huge number of participations from college students all over the country. Apart from this there are a number of events going on all the year round.

Yes there are a number of scholarships given by the college on the basis of entrance and performance in the college these include the overall college scholarships and some branch-specific scholarships.

The campus is a small one and the facilities are good, the sports facilities are as per the requirement and the institute has an athletic ground, cricket ground and football ground. the campus is fully covered with the wifi-facility and the library has enough books for near about half of the students. the labs are old but enough for the purposes required.
