Remarks

Good quality teaching and city-friendly I liked spending time in the library and even in the sports room I like to name the library which has so many books facilities the teachers have very highly qualified and skilled

Just average not so good the campus placement is very bored we do have very very fewer companies approaching for our campus and the company who are approaching has a very less salary package offer we do not get good placements it's better to take your own job rather than getting placed in such companies with the least salary you can get some good job after your masters but not good jobs for your BSc.

College Events

we have so many extracurricular activities the functions were conducted even programs for enlightenment offer knowledge and even many programs were conducted based on current issues even the debate competitions and Minnie inter-college competitions for regularly thunder every semester we have we still had sports days and many other co-curricular activities and cultural days mainly been our attraction.

Fees and Financial Aid

No internal scholarship will be provided if you really want a scholarship you should apply for the government under the caste system to avail the scholarship but the college doesn't provide any loan facility or any scholarships but still, you can pay the money into two-phase half by half in the first semester and half the next upcoming semester but you need to finish the payment before the end of the year.

Campus Life

the infrastructure is good enough but not the best but the library has a very collection of books and where you to get computer and Wi-Fi connections the faculties are highly skilled to have a sports room within an area well maintained with gym and encouraging is Bintan for sports department I am also chess player

Hostel Facilities

jyada college offers hostel facilities where you to get good rooms maintained with good food facility and they won the college still of a man with a decent amount of money the fosters are well maintained and the food is also well maintained for the students and you can still reach college on time

Positive experience with internship training

The principal is very supportive and helpful to students. The management listens to student problems and guide us. The college campus environment is good.

Placement Experience:

The college also provide basic placement support like career guidance, interview preparation, and skill development program. After completing my degree, i plan to gain work experience in my feild and improve my professional skill for better career opportunities.

Teacher are well indulged , they help you .
Very good area where students get stuff they need.
Provision of canteen and stationery given

Dislikes

Campus is tooo small for a student to even have lunch
Strict and actively don't support in athletics
Sometimes, dealing with admin-related processes like society budget approval or fest dates approval can be slow and confusing.

As I got admission in 2024 so BCU started SEP Batch which is totally new , and we really don't find any book to refer on the basis where we don't get help as much as we need and it's new , bsc has alot to do .

Likes

Research culture, cooperation and a distinct lack of competition
Active student bodies, cultural groups, regional groups
Friendly professors, good understanding of mental health on the professor level

Dislikes

Bad decisions taken by admin regarding mental health, such as removal of ceiling fans and attempts at coverups.
Apparently Caste Based discrimination. Seems to be a lawsuit right now.
Difficulty with time management in early semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There wasn't really any. It was mostly the friendliness of the profs that pulled me into maths. Do note that in IISc, the first three semesters are common and you pick majors after that. The maths curriculum prepares you for a future in either industry or academia. Moreover, one can take courses in other departments to help their industry pursuits. Only way would be to make some courses more interactive, but this hasn't been a problem for me personally. Most high level courses have two exams. Sometimes not even that. And exams generally aren't difficult for someone who has kept up with the course.

Placement Experience:

from 6th semister onwards students are eligible for pkacements. I dont know about the companies of placements as iam a fresher here. The placements here are really good in this course. After Msc forensic science the annual package in an average here is 2-5 lakhs. Almost 80% of forensic students get placement here. As iam pursuing my bachelors here, iam thinking of writing the entrance exam for NFSU gujarath for my Masters.

All you need to know about BASEU

Likes

Infrastructure is really good, the campus is huge and is filled with greenery
The curriculum is extensive and is based on real world applications
The campus is happening with a lot of clubs

Dislikes

The placements are not upto the mark, could be better
The mess food could improve. It is puke worthy.
Although it is a college, there are a lot of restrictions

Placement Experience:

Our university has a training and placement office for the fourth and fifth year students. Before that you need to find internship opportunities yourself. The significant companies include EY, MoSpi, RBI, NSE etc. The is around 50% placements. The highest package was around 40 lakhs and the lowest 5 lakhs. I plan on working in the RBI after my degree.

Course eligibility was to have 60% + in PCMB stream of Science in Pu. One can go to admission office where counseling is provided regarding various course availability and future opportunities. Once confirmed, application and brochure would be provided in which student details need to be filled and few payment can be done. The frequency of University exams is supposed to be 5-6 month duration whereas we had it in about 3-4 month for some of the semesters which was difficult to manage with practical exams and internals dnd various other things along side.
