I chose this university because as per my mht cet score and the options filled in cap round, this was the only government college available for me as an option. Also above 100 colleges in Maharashtra are affiliated to this university, so this is a very famous university. Also faculties of mechanical department are highly qualified therefore I chose this university.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus of the course is very detailed. So it becomes difficult to understand the topics to an average student. But the syllabus is very useful in perspective of mechanical engineering student as it provides detailed knowledge of topics which one mechanical engineer should know
Placement Experience
Companies like Tata Consulting Services, Persistent and few local companies visit in campus for campus placements. And only 20-25% students are being selected through campus placements. Also university does not provide internships but it is compulsory to do internship after every every even semester.
College Events
Campus life is good. There are number of events in the university. The most famous technical event is Cynosure in which I got chance to become coordinator of one event. University also have cultural event called as Abhiyanta Vasant. It is a biggest cultural annual event.

Placement Experience
The placement is very good. The average placement is around 6 LPA and for the computer's branch, it is around 9 lpa. Students get placed at top-notch companies like Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, etc. More than 90% of students get placed each year. The highest Package offered is around 40lpa(domestic package). I want to get placed in a good company after getting the degree.

DYPCOE is known for its placement. The college offers one of the best placement opportunities. Last. Year nearly 90 percent of students got placed. My plans after getting the degree are to crack the UPSE exam and become a class 1 officer.

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placement. This year due to Covid none of the students gets placement till now in the EXTC department. But as per the previous record till last year about 30% students got a placement through campus and highest offer was 6.5LPA and average was 2LPA

A single-offer-letter-per-student policy is very strictly followed which means that once a student is selected by a company he/she is not allowed to appear for any other company interviews scheduled through the college. Each student need to submit the percentage of marks and contact details in VI Semester, If they fail in submitting /updating the mark list by the end of the VI semester they will not be permitted to attend the interviews starting from VII semester onwards.

After the 3rd year, students are trained for interviews and placements. More than 100 companies make more than 800 offers. The highest package was 36.8 LPA, and the average is 6.8 LPA. As of last year, from the electronics and telecommunication department, 80 out of 120 students were placed. From the first year itself, GHRCE trains students for the placements. I plan to do my MS or Mtech after graduation.

Placements: 1. In 2 and a year, there is about 120 student of mechanical engineering. 2.12 lakhs is maximum and 3.5 lakhs is minimum. 3. Mahindra and Mahindra, Capgemini, Bajaj, Infosys, etc 4.The internship provided by our college set up a nice foundation to work in the industry. 5.usually 3 to 7.5 lakhs of the package is offered in a mechanical engineering course. 6. Every student has to do an internship in final year 30 percent of student got it by the college in companies like TCS, ALLIED electro-mechanical, Metal fab and many more

From the 5th semester, you are eligible for jobs. There are several tech companies coming like zenser, TCS and Mahindra.

positive is college structure and maintenance by non teaching staff cleaning and all is good so that no pollution there cleaning staff on each floor and a each section there's 3 sections and 8 floor college with management building of 3 floor maintained clear clean and neat hats off to the non teaching staff if the college

The college is heaven for you if you know the Marathi language. the various staff and all are very influenced by the usage of this language. The students who know Marathi are provided with special care by the staff.
