College is good, Studying environment is good, no pollution, out of city limits, and good placements, helping experienced teachers, workshops about career guidlines (Campus connect from INFOSYS). NICE college to study BE.

CET, i got 37773 rank, and i got mechanical, interview is very simple and placements in SJCIT are good now.

4 yrs mechanical course, electives we can select once we are into 3rd year, and elective options are good, for mechanical branch LAB facilities are too good like LATH machines and Milling Machines, CAD CAM labs.

Internship is for POST graduate courses and they have to teach under graduate students. Stipend is good according ti the VTU rules and other facilities are provided from college.

Placement is good from to 2008 to till date, due to new Placement officer, if have first class in all semesters, we can attend for placements, more over our faculty will help us to get placed in good companies, even reputed companies participate every year for placements, like TCS, WIPRO, TECHMAHENDRA, BOSCH,L&T,SCHENIDER Electrics, IBM, EMC2 andmany more.

Freshers party, FEST (SAMBRAMA) every year, Graduation day, The mega event is SJCIT ALUMINI 2015 was the first MEGA event, which will continue for every year from now.Every their will be JOB MELA for 2 days, which eill be conducted by SJCIT and Government of INDIA.

Fee structure is as per rules from University, and college fees is Feasible, where we get enough time to pay, FOR SC/ST/OBC we get Scholars from government, with the help of college.

i am a ST student, i only paid college fee, no university fee, and college will help us to get loans from government, even OBC or SC students get this opportunity. so loan facility offered by SJCIT is good.

GENDER ratio is not a problem in SJCIT, Hostel parties on special days, like ever last day of 4years is a party day,and no difference between GIRLS and BOYS since college campus is monitored by cc cameras, more over, every monday we have prayer. NO political and economic status difference betwen the students.

In case of hostels, it id near to college, walk able distance, for girls we have secured and well designed hostel, which is far away from boys hostel. Hostel with 24hrs water, and WiFi facilities and different canteens for north and south. we can rate 9/10 for hostel in SJCIT

Experience with college seniors is good and they do intact with us about subjects and cultural activities and even about the future, interaction with super seniors is good, always helping.

EXAMS and LABS are quite common in every college, it depends on how the students handle the pressures, more over every student love to handle the pressure, it depends on people to people. Ofcourse their will be exams and labs as per scheduled. according to the college internals goes on and according to VTU Exams are planned, for which we get enough time to plan and study.

Faculty is well knowledge and are experienced, and friendly for tough subjects we have experienced professionals. Transport facilities are good and study environment is friendly and natural.
