Almost January and February months event conducting period. The model engineering college tech fest is almost famous and provides a credit-based certificate. the college annual day and college day is most celebrated greatly. good and calm atmosphere in college.

Compare to other government colleges here fee is high. Pta amount is high but they provide a lot of scholarship. case of m tech each semester having 24,000/- in 4 semesters. Extra fest amount and bus fee extra payment. PTA and college fee are separate payment.

No girls hostel in Model engineering college Kochi Ernakulam. extra girl paying guest homes accommodation and food is given. comparatively high level and the amount are high. a lot of paying guest home in around our college place.

Placement Experience:

I wanted to continue my research work and that is why I did not take part in the final placement process. The highest salary package offered was Rs.11 LPA and the average salary of Rs.6 LPA. Acsia technologies, Aadyah aerospace, Antrix corporation, COMSOL-India, HCL, Infosys, Intel, and zentron were some of the top organizations recruited in our final placement program.

In a very short period of time the college us able to match the standards of IIT. Few of my batchmates received pre-placement offers during the college internship program. The college was able to provide the highest package of around 30 LPA and the average package was 11 LPA. The college that i applied other than model engineering college is CET trivandrum which is the best college under ktu in kerala . And the second is model engineering college. MEC Thrikkakkara: Strong Academics and Placements, but Room for Infrastructure Growth

My cousin studied here few years back and is now working a top tech company.I applied for Cs in MSRIT and AMRITA,but the fee structure over there is too high(around 3-4 lakh per year).Here overall fee amount is equivalent the yearly fee.To get admission in MEC,a person needs to write keam exam .Three phases of allotment are held in here.At the beginning of all allotment,we could change our preferences.For CSE BATCH,CUTOFF RANK FOR merit is around 2k and Management around 3.5k .For CSBS it's around 3k for Merit and 7-8k for management....Read More
