Remarks
The university was suggested to me by a relative for courses like BBA and B.tech but I applied for BJMC. I even saw the advertisements in the newspaper and did my own reasearch over the internet. Galgotias University and college are deemed and reputed educational institutions.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus for course that I am pursuing i.e BJMC is quite interesting and mostly practical. The faculties are very helpful and friendly, and the classes are never boring. We get a lot of exposure via different companies visiting the university and also we have Saturdays as a field visit when we have to collect at some particular place or event in Noida-Delhi, where we are accompanied with our faculties and later we get to do a project related to that visit.
Placement Experience
The placement and job opportunity is very good for mainly BBA and B.tech students. Companies like Wipro, TCS and Infosys conduct their placements in campus in which atleast 10 students get placed with good packages. The university also gets you internship placements befor graduation.
College Events
The campus life is fun, there are events going on by different clubs everyday. The we have celebrity visits and DJ nights which are awesome. Every festival is celebrated before the festive holiday which is appreciable. Other than that we have people from outside visiting the campus for promotional events which are usually games and lucky draw kinda stuff.
Campus Life
The Campus infrastructure is good, the Cafeteria is the best part. We have libraries in all the blocks and a decent auditorium. We do not have a wifi for students which is disappointing and the location of the university makes out mobile network weak. the university is on the Yamuna expressway.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are not very good do not go for the on campus hostels, look for private hostels in greater noida instead. The food is not good and the infrastructure is satisfactory. Specially the girls hostel is awful.
