College Exhibition

As a whole I would like to say its faculty teachers, members are good but there could be more flexible in decision making from the officials who coordinates the the full institute.

As Visva-Bharti is an university which provides degrees like bachelors, masters, Ph. D, M. Phill and a wide field to research work in particular subjects. Therefore, the students have many scopes to settled in there future life with jobs. The area of the jobs field could be from normal school teaching teacher, lecturer in college, other official posts and also they could have make there desire full field by clearing the examinations like JAM, JEST, NET, GATE.

As I previously mentioned that our University is provide the the degrees regarding general lines. Therefore basically no campusing occurred or took place yet. But still, student it from the faculty itself used to visit foreign countries for their projects, ideas, seminar for presentations.

The visva Bharati is a place of Tagore. Therefore in every year we celebrate many cultural festivals i. e, basanta utsav, poush Mela, Rabindra jayanti etc. Other than this every year the whole University used to celebrate the convocation program in which the PM of our country used to to hand over the degrees to the students. Simultaneously, the departments also used to celebrate Teachers day Gandhi jayanti many seminars and talks on the selective topics from the respective subjects.

As a fact University e never charged another amount specially for any programs but the whole package of the fees is included at the time of admission. Other than this the student need not to pay any additional fees or charges in order to secure their admission courses there only need to have their merits.

Actually I used to to get scholarships from the state CM fund. other than this the university also provides scholarship for the student who really have their economic problems to complete their education. Criteria of scholarship is students who have good merits in their studies on the basis of their performance they could collect the scholarships from the university.

As per my personal opinion there is a a good gender ratio in the whole University campus. As the educational institutes never be free from a political influences but still the campus is not that much affected from any political activities other than this the students have there freedom about their religion,caste, sex and all. In whole the the environment is is pleasant to have education.

Actually I had opted for the hostel but I have been allotted in the hostel due to the the unavailability of this seat in the hostel but as per my concern the hostel facilities is well. The environment the toilet and sanitation facilities and the rooms the food all are very well.

The senior of the institute is very much responsible for the betterment of their college. The student who have passed out from the college conduct a aluminium meet where they used to get together and share their experiences their whole journey to the success which really affect and influence the juniors to succeed in their life.

Admission was based on merit of the student of his or her class 12 examinations result. Initially the student have to fill the form, from the University site after completion of the form fill up, the university prepare a list of the merit of student from which select a student and call them counselling on the basis of the counselling only they are selected to the admission process. Approximately this whole process is conducted during the month of April to August in that time the whole admission process is being completed and the new session is started.

Well the faculty of my department in college, on behalf of my observations I can sure that there is approx 50-60 teaching as well as non teaching staffs. As this professor are are very much experienced in teaching as well as in the subjects. There are many teachers who you have came from IIT for examples Kharagpur, some of them are from research centres. The average age of the lecturers is from 32 to 55 and they are as much as expert in practical field with the theoretical aspect of the subject.
