Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course Curriculum and exam structure is affliated to Anna University. Its is definitely relevant to what we want to learn, but definitely not research-driven. Could have been more of application learning. Couldn't say that it was helpful in securing on-campus placements, it's upon the individuals on how they cope up.

Placement Experience

2.5

Actually they show more number of companies that they are trying to bring in, but we wouldn't even get the date of joining after receiving the call letter from the companies.

College Events

3

Culturals. It is just internal, no outside college students can join or even participate, they just do it for name sake. But we guys enjoy in our own way, we do have that freedom to enjoy or celebrate on this particular day. Yhe briyani provided on this day is actually okay, but we all guys could sit on the grass and enjoy the food.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive. It is more than the pay set by Anna University for management as well as Merit students. Don't think we need to pay any additional fees for securing the admission, but there is field called Additional fees, which contains some amount needs to be paid, which is not at all acceptable.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes I availed for educational Loan for last year. Where I need to pay 1. 25 lakhs. I could managed to get 1 lakh from bank. I availed by taking a bonafide fron the college, and submitted all the required ID proof's to Bank.

Campus Life

4

Campus life was disgusting, but could learn and get experience on attending many interviews. Labs are decent, good configuration computer systems. No robotics, debates. We have symposium, where people from other colleges can join and could be inter competitive.

Hostel Facilities

3

No. I am a day scholar. But upto my knowledge, hostel rooms are mandatory sharable. PG'S haven't stayed in College hostels untill I studied there, because the number of PG's are less. Hostel fees are around 40000 per year.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni students were helpful to make us understand the industry outside. Teaching on some needful topics. Also assiting in clearing the interviews for many companies.

Admission

Through Direct Management. I got attracted to their commercial advertising. Visited the college and found that it would be a best fit for me to learn the Engineering properly. You always have the freedom to learn advanced studies if at all you can able to clear all your exam papers.

Faculty

4

There are around 15 staffs when I did the course, their average age would be around 35, they are all pretty experienced. But the way of teaching could be more better when it comes to some of the teaching staffs (not all). Not all staffs hold industy experience, I think 2 of our staffs had industry- experience. Some were able to do their PHD's.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it covers important subjects related to computer science, programming, databases, networking, and emerging technologies. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical subjects influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum provides a good foundation in technical concepts and programming. However, more practical projects, industry-based training, internships, and real-world applications would help students become better prepared for careers and further studies.
