Remarks

Not any bad remarks. The things I said can be improved from the management. Even the next batch from me have changed something.

Course Curriculum Overview

There will be daily test called, Good Morning Test for 25 marks. If the student failed so, he should stay in the college after 5 and need to write Good Even8 Test. If also failed, their parents will be called and warned. And monthly there will be Internal Assessment Test.

Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement cell in my college is one of the funniest thing. They will increase their number by representing all the companies.

College Events

Only sports day, Annual day and chairman birthday is celebrated. And that too in very booring manner. They will arrange someone who knows to speak as a cheif guest anf that person keeps on speaking. There is no culturals celebrated also there is no place to celebrate culturals.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is feasible. But they wont provide the breakup charges. Just they will collect what they are thinking. Breakage fee is one of the largest scam. We will be done nothing and need to pay atleast 500 for doing nothing. And no other fee is collected.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have availed scholarship from the government. The eligibility criteria for availing scholarship is to be joined via counseling.

Campus Life

The ratio of the men is high. It May be 7:3 than women. The campus will be clean and no other thing to say for 250 character. Labs will be ok, and they wont show intresting in other activities like sports or something else. Only on sports day, the ground will be open.

Alumni/Alumna

I dont have any contacts of the alumini students and senior are ok, they are helping minded and help us to improve our growth technical.

Admission

Choosed through Anna University counselling. Need to select the college name while the counsellor asked. The slot in which our counseling will be conduct is chossen by cut off mark wise of the 12th mark. After choosing the college, we can join the college.

Faculty

There will be very less faculty. Like they will give lectures on the subject which they are not masters in that. So the quality of the lecture will be very poor. Student their self should learn the things. Very few Professor are there who are capable of answering things.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

Find your right path from someone's journey experience

I had applied to three colleges in Vellore the first preference is VIT Vellore institute of technology, and the next Thanthai Periyar Government College Of Engineering and lastly Kingston Engineering College which is nearer to my home. I am not able to join VIT because the course fees are too high for 4 years nearly 3.5 lakhs per year which is not affordable to my parents, And the reason the next college is seats are filled for BE Electronics and communication engineering which I preferred. so finally I joined Kingston engineering college. I availed OBC quota for my admission to Kingston Engineering College. The Admission criteria for B.E ECE is one must complete HSC or 12 the grade in any state of India with a minimum of 65% in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and age should be above 18 years.
