Remarks

Overall our college is very good place to study and enjoy the college life.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Curriculum is good, lots of extra curricular activities, Industry visit and the way of teaching and maintaining strict discipline grooms a person to be professional when they graduate. We have class test every 2 weeks followed by three model text before semester. They do provide extra coaching if required with no additional fees from 3-5 pm. Campus interviews are organised in the starting of final year and the companies have good reputations. They do help students with preparing cv and with mock interviews and soft skills training.

Placement Experience

4.5

The companies visited the campus are TCS, Wipro, CTS, Infosys, Mindtree, LNT, Virtusa and much more. They do provide training for facing interviews by providing aptitude and soft skills training in semester holidays. Mostly 85-90% of students are placed in a reputed company every year. The recruitment process involves 3-4 rounds of interview, the first step being clearing aptitude, then soft skills round with HR and the final round for Technical skills.

College Events

4.5

Every year we start with freshers day celebration, though it’s a Christian minority college we celebrate all religious festivals like Deevali, Ganesh chakurti, Ayuda Pooja where all our buses are cleaned, Christmas with carols and nativity set and not to forget the Ramzan special lunch.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Regarding the fee structure, it’s mostly affordable by all as they provide bus service and food along with studies. They accept fees in the form of Demand Draft, paid semester wise which is twice an year. We do have Indian Bank inside campus which gives a big relief while paying fees and for hostel students and ofcourse there is transparency and we get break up for fees structure with no hidden fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I haven’t opted for it as I had own money to spend on my college expenses. The college do offers scholarships to academic toppers.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life is good with a mix of boys and girls ratio even though it’s a strict disciplined college, we did enjoy our college life with utmost discipline. There are extra curricular activities being held regularly for both indoor and outdoor games. We are encouraged to participate in everything apart from studies and not to forget about the activity Saturday which is the second Saturday of every month and we are allowed to play play and only play. we were given opportunity to show case talent and to play in ground.

Hostel Facilities

5

No I was a day scholar so I had not experienced the hostel life but I have heard from my friends where they enjoyed beauty parlour, gym and open air theatre and other amenities. There were enough rooms and each had 3-4 students in it.

Alumni/Alumna

We do have college group and we regularly receive mails from college in alumini details where they try to maintain the college friendship and we do have groups in Facebook and whatsapp where we are in touch with each other even after completion of college.

Admission

Based on my percentage I got admission in college. The other entry criteria’s are through counselling and management. They do have seats for Non Residents of India nationals. I had to approach college directly with my mom and enquire, luckily got into it.

Faculty

5

We have around 25-30 lectures for a department, the main reason being maintaining 2 staffs if required for tedious subjects, one male and one female. Each department has three Head of the Department, one to look after department staffs, one to look after the students and one for laboratory incharge. Most of the staffs hold Masters qualification with ongoing phd study. The age range various from mid twenties to forties. we have also had staffs with industry exposure but willing to teach because of their personal interests which adds more value.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
