Very Good Environment

It was the best experience of a college life. We learned about how the higher education works, how the placement happens, how to get the job or any kind of success in our future.

Our curriculum was purely based on both for exams and practial outside jobs, it groomed us well for the industry specific knowledge that was helpful for securing both on-campus and off-campus placements. Our course was research driven, relevant and fair to all the students. And the exams with all the semesters were done fair and square.

I didn't appied for my personal reasons, but all the reputed companies visited for their placement drives. And our university helped us more than ever to get placed.

There was Fresher's welcome, Farewells to Seniors, every festivities of every religion was celebrated in the university, and every year there was an annual function with big decorations with popular guests, hosts and with all kinds of programs like singing, dancing, drama etc.

For the Information Technology the program fee was 30, 000 per year and the mode of payment was through bank draft method. There were no additional fees for admission or to secure the admission once your admission is accepted you are a Ravenshavian. Yes, the college provide all types of transparency in the fee breakdown.

Scholarships were given to worthy students with some certain percentage limits or any specific subject catagories, it was for to avail all casts of students.

There was a lot of extra curricular activities like the Freshers welcome, farewell to the seniors, all the festivals, and other activities like competitions of all sorts. Ravenshaw had the student elections on certain years and victorious students with there applied posts would work hard to the expectations.

Yes, the alumni & college seniors helped a lot with our education, future endeavours & a lot more. They were helpful to us from the very beginning days of admissions to the last.

I opted the course because I liked technologies & softwares. I choosed Ravenshaw University because it's a highly respected autonomous university with good results. Admission procedure was as similar as any institute with merit list selection and then simple documents submission.

Specifically in our course there was sufficient numbers of lecturers along with average age of 35 - 50 in our department. All of them were excellently qualified and practical to the course. All the lecturers would give detailed explanation of any subject they were appointed to.
